i went their today and instantly felt there was some racism in the atmosphere . i will NEVER go there again . They will TRY to lowball you for your high end jewelry and treat you as if you are a desperate homeless person who doesnt know any better . customer service was rushed with an attitude and rude . i brought in a $60000.00 dollar 2 carrot diamond ring on 14 carrot yellow gold and they must thought i was stupid when i did not except their 400.00 offer . i left and will not be back and will tell everyone i know DO NOT GO THEIR !!!!

I called this place to ask a question. This Guy that sounds like a bratha like me picked up. I asked him about a cell phone pawn of a Note edition. He instantly Got an attitude over the store getting burned with cell phones. I tried to asked him why? He went straight off, talking Ghetto and being ignorant. This is why I dont deal with certain people. I legaly own my phone and was trying to do business and this (Angry DUDE) makes it personal. Said. IM MOT SURE IF THIS IS A PLACE FOR PROFESSIONALS

I freaking despise this place. Ive been in there several times and they always try to lowball me. Everyone that works there are sleazy scumbags whos getting off somehow by trying to get over on people. They dont know anything about electronics or any of their merchandise for that matter. Id burn this place down to the ground if I could.

I really like Royal. I brought a bag of gold there and they gave me the best offer. Went to a place called Archies on Devon Ave and they offered me $1100... Went to a few gold stores and they offered me anywhere from $1200 to $1600. But then Royal offered me $2900 AND they even gave me back my diamonds. I really recommend this place.

I went here to pawn and sell a few things they always offer me more than other pawn shops and buy and sell shops. never have i ever gotten higher offers than here. They are also doing a reality show , i would love to get in on that, A++++ highly recommended genuine shop. The owners always make me laugh !

went there with a friend a couple days ago. we wanted to look around because we saw the TV show they had and they were just as funny and friendly in person as on TV. I recommend going in and checking them out. They had a lot of stuff for sale for a low price.

Pretty disappointing selection of wrist watches. I didnt go there to sell but to buy, only to stumble across 20 invicta models and g-shocks with diamonds. Your local walmart may have better selection of watches.
