READ THIS!!! REAL LUXURY EXPERIENCE BUYING MY MACHINE! I was really interested in buying one of these Nespresso home espresso machines, but I had to do my regular price checks. After some internet shopping I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could buy the machine from an actual Nespresso store (think like buying a Mac from and Apple store) for the same price or close. Once I arrived at this Miami Beach location, I noticed a Williams-Sonoma next door who also retails their machines. So I popped in, and there it was crunched between all the other machines they sell. I left to try the Nespresso store and what happened next made buying this machine one of the most pleasant retail experiences I have had to date. This was like the Mecca of espresso, it was a hip, busy and cool place to go (again think Apple store) serving their own coffee brewed from multiple HOME USE machines (the newer pixie model which I was considering) up front. In back, a showroom like atmosphere for their machines displayed in every color offered, multiple sales associates who have access to a private coffee bar where they not only brew from the machine you are interested in, but will help you select the proper pods that suit your tastes and water between each to cleanse the palette. I was thrilled at the service, and I feel having that kind of luxury experience to purchase a coffee machine justifies the price alone. So I selected my machine and espresso flavor and was brought to the checkout counter where my entire purchase was already waiting. I was ASKED if Id like to register my product and "membership" (free, no signup sheet, no hassle), although I was inclined to decline, gladly I didnt. She reviewed that now that I registered (literally 2 seconds name, phone# address) which she did for me, my warranty was set and that any problems I should bring my machine to her and she will replace it instantly "so you dont have any coffee down time", her words! Additionally she handed my a beautiful black membership card which allows me free Nespresso at any retail location IN THE WORLD! Including the one here on lincoln rd. She said "anytime your around, come in show your card and the coffee is free", WOW! Considering they charge $3+ per drink, Id say thats quite a value for buying a $250 coffee machine. To top it all off, I got home and had EXACTLY the same delicious espresso I had at the store in seconds! Literally take it out of the box, turn it on and its ready. QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY! And the pods are very inexpensive, with a Coffee club type home delivery service. Delivery overnight! Do yourself a favor, buy the machine, and buy it from a Nespresso store. You wont regret it. Intrigued by their line of in-home items, I decided to give this cafe bar a try, and it is exquisite. The service is unparalleled. They truly try to make you comfortable and relaxed. The trendy modern furniture and design of the location helps you feel that way as well. They offer a ton of different iced and hot drinks, including seasonal favorites. They also have food items, such as salads, desserts, etc. Pricey of course, but a dessert to go with your coffee is a perfect pairing. You can even choose the strength of your drink if you want to change that. This place is great for a date or a meeting with friends. You can even buy a machine and pods to take home.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff...modern decor accompanied by calming background music. ..perfect quaint cafe for enjoying a cup of joe or in my case a chocolate coconut milkshake as a reprieve from the outside temperatures of Southern Miami. If youre in a hurry and simply want a beverage to go, you might want to reconsider, since Nespresso only has table service. All in all a pleasing environment with a flavorful variety of coffee based beverages.

This is the only Nespresso Ive been able to find that is a store as well as a coffee shop. The coffee is amazing. My guilty pleasure for dessert is the liégeois. Its espresso over a scoop of ice cream-YUM! My boyfriend and I have a tradition of enjoying our coffee and people-watching on Friday nights in the cozy chairs by the window.

Service was great, the place looks very nice. The drinks were okay- we had the honey cinnamon latte and coconut chocolate milkshake, the milkshake was good but too sweet and I couldnt finish it. The cinnamon overpowered the latte. I would still come back but try something else next time.

This is the most impressive Nespresso boutique I have ever visited. The customer service here is top notch. There is a coffee shop in the front that sells espresso based drinks to the masses, but go straight to the back to try free samples of the newest pods before you buy.

Dont buy a Nespresso machine. They break right after the warantee expires and then they want you to pay to replace it when your spending $50 a month buying their coffee. For $300 dollars the machine should last more then 13 months. Get another brand!!

This is without a doubt the best coffee spot in South Miami. Its like Disney World for coffee-lovers with the quality of the both the products and the coffee they brew in-house. I love this place.
