I love Miami Aventuta Mall is one of my fave Mall this mall is nearby the beaches most people wearing shorts and flipflops and i am one of them that day supposed to buy my bulgari ring with diamond in this Mayors store that carrying Cartier,Bulgari etc.i was ignored when i got in the door i was wearing flipflops and short sando i ask the lady if she work there she said yes ignored me like hello looking me like i cannot afford to buy in that store and she talk to other sales lady that will help me and looking me head over heals they talking in spanish thinking that i dont speak spanish the other lady approach me i need help i am size 6 that ring with diamond she said Thats Expensive 8 gran i said fine i like it i am size 6 the sales lady keep talking to the other sales lady that is she buying wanna bet for sure not what the hekk just ignored them and i told Them i change my mind no i am.not buying as u said...they where shock i reply in Spanish .... Hello yes i am not look Hispanic but i speak spanish, Wow what a rude sales lady no wonder why lots of shops closed no sales because of the attitude of the sales person there is no class and no manners, Managers you need to train your sales person there how to deal with customer service in order to have a customer to be intertained and convince the customer to buy insted of critisizing us being a customer it seems like they are killing time only in order to paid their per hour i feel like discriminate in that store Mayors Aventura Mall Miami never shop there they will snob u there for sure and look the way u dress to be intertained

Qué se puede decir de nuevo de Cartier ? Su sola marca es distintivo de calidad y lujo. Este local está acorde a las joyas que vende. Así mismo, debo destacar, la amable atención de sus empleados, desde el Guardia de la Entrada hasta los vendedores, no te hacen sentir incómodo, aún sabiendo que lo más posible es que no compres nada, ya que los precios son para gente rica.-

A GIRL ANSWERED THE PHONE REGARDING A STRAP REPLACEMENT I NEEDED FOR A GOLD WATCH AND SHE WAS RUDE AND HAD A HORRENDOUS ACCENT AND WAS CONSTANTLY RAISING HER VOICE DURING A 4 MINUTE CONVERSATION! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN! GO LEARN SOME ENGLISH, IDIOT! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED WITH ALL LUXURY BRANDS—NO CONCEPT OF ANYTHING LIKE BASICS... BEING SIMPLY POLITE, THEY HIRE DAMB PEOPLE, DOESN EVEN KNOW HOW TO SPEAK…HOW THE HELL IS SHE SUPPOSED TO BE OF ASSISTANCE? ITS LIKE CHEAP SUPERMARKET IN OUTSKIRTS OF HIALEAH TYPE OF MANNERS. YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE ME, I GET MUCH BETTER SERVICE FROM PUBLIX! ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGES!

I came to this store on December 23rd because i had a Horrible experience on the Cartier in Midtown Miami, and on this one the experience was completly different, i bought what i wanted and the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING, all i can say is THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH CAMILA... she helped me in the best possible way, she was super nice, and i went again to buy something else and she helped me again, it was a great experience, i recomend this store 100%
