I actually have never written a Google review before, but in view of the experience we just had with JASON MUNNING at BMW of Mount Kisco - I am really anxious to. Lets start off, first and most importantly - No,I am not related to our amazing sales guy, Jason Munning or anyone there, but considering the service we got - I may as well have been. My husband and I came up with a tall order in an extremely short period of time. We wanted a BMW with a manual transmission, and we wanted it within 2 days so that we could take advantage of the holiday, pre-end of year incentives. We did some homework on line, and called around to some area and out of area dealerships, and for the most part we were dismissed with sentiments of "manuals are hard to come by" and "theres not enough time to get it done before the New Year". Discouraged, we went to BMW of Mount Kisco just to see the difference between the 440 & the 340, knowing they had no manual cars in stock. There we met Jason. He took us for a fabulous drive in the 440, but I really couldnt handle the 2- door concept, and so we sat down to look at the 340 availability. Despite the number of other potential clients he could have engaged on that busy day, he sat at the computer, locating as many 340s with manual transmissions as he could find. He did not rest, until he found one in the color we wanted, with all of the features we wanted. He did not let the fact that the car was in New Hampshire discourage him, nor that it was too late for a truck to bring it down in time. They arranged for a driver to be dropped off to drive it back, and now it is our baby - a 340 i x-drive. I love the car, and still cant believe how easily and seamlessly we got it knowing that a manual transmission car usually needs to be ordered 8 weeks in advance of delivery. I would send anyone I know - and those of you I dont know - to Jason Munning & BMW of Mount Kisco! Trust me, hell take care of you!

I would like to give the biggest thank you to BMW Mt. Kisco for helping me in an emergency on 7/16/14. I hit a deep pothole on 287 getting on to 684 and put a huge hole in my tire causing my low tire warnings to come on immediately. Being from NJ and traveling to CT, I was scared because I felt stranded and knew I had to get this fixed before I continued on my travels. BMW Mount Kisco was the closest dealer to where I was, so I drove there in a panic, and they helped me immediately. Having Mt. Kisco not be my home dealership, I was also nervous they wouldn’t be able to fix it. The staff and service team deserve the biggest thank you for being welcoming and assuring me they would help. From the second I walked in, someone directed me in the right place to explain the issue. Someone else immediately came to grab my key and check out the problem. From that point on, BMW Mt. Kisco had me all fixed and ready to get back on the road in about an hour. At no point was I left uninformed and unattended; multiple people came over to explain what was being done and how they were fixing the problem, as well as make sure I was okay. From the way I hit the pothole, I thought I did more damage than just the tire, and the team checked the car and assured me only the tire needed to be replaced. Not only did I come out to a brand new tire, but I also had a freshly washed and vacuumed car. BMW Mt. Kisco’s tagline is “On another level up here,” and after my experience with them, this could not be more true. They went above and beyond any service and assistance I could ask for. I was beyond impressed at how they immediately made me a priority and got me out as fast as they could, while also being attentive and caring. I cannot thank the team there enough for everything they did for me. Thank you! Anyone considering buying or leasing a BMW from Mt. Kisco will most definitely not be sorry they did!

I leased a car from this dealership in 2014. Initially, I had a great experience - nice facility, nice people, the lease was closed smoothly, etc. When I signed the lease, the dealership sold me wheel/tire insurance, which seemed appropriate given the high cost to replace the standard run-flat tires. When I returned my lease, I was hit with a $200 charge for "excessively worn or mismatched tires." I first called BMW Financial to try to fight the charge and they pointed me to the dealership as the insurance was sold through the dealership. When I called the dealership, I was quickly told that there was nothing they could do as the insurance only covered accidental damage, not standard wear and tear. Really? At no point until then did the dealer disclose that was excluded from the plan. Also, the fact that wear and tear is excluded is illogical - it leads me to believe that Id have been better off financially if the tires had been so worn out before turning in the lease that theyd burst and Id get new tires that would be covered by the policy. Also, while the person I discussed this with on the phone was friendly, he made no effort to ensure with certainty that my lease-end charge wasnt covered by the policy the dealership sold me, he just reflexively told me I wasnt covered and there was nothing they could do. Its unfornunate that this is the last interaction I had with this dealership. I loved the car I got from this dealership and Id get another BMW in a heartbeat. However, there are tons BMW dealerships in the Westchester area, so Ill be going elsewhere for any future business.

My husband and I have been shopping around for a couple months for a new BMW. We spoke to a couple dealers within the Hudson Valley area and even in Pennsylvania to get the best deal. We got the typical run around with sales - telling us this is the best deal (when we know it is not), trying to hide cost in other line items, trying to hit their quota by selling us something we didnt want. My husband can be very tough and dismissed a number of salespeople until he got ahold of Sam Brown at BMW Mount Kisco. My husband spoke to Sam over the phone and told him exactly what we wanted. Sam really took the time to listen to my husband, ran the numbers without any hassle, and gave us the best price!! He was professional, courteous, and honest. The dealership didnt have the car on their lot, but was able to locate a car and have it delivered to the dealership in a couple days - just in time for the holidays :) In the meantime, Sam worked with my insurance company to add the car on the insurance and make sure any necessary paperwork was completed. We went to the dealership to pick the car up and Sam took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all the gadgets and gismos :) It was truly a pleasure to work with Sam. My husband would highly recommend BMW of Mount Kisco AND Sam Brown. We have already said if we move out of the area, we would still come up to Mount Kisco for any new purchase. Thanks again Sam Brown and happy holidays BMW of Mount Kisco.
