With all due respect, while I like the slogan "Driven to be better", a more apt, at least in my case, slogan would be "Driven to perform miracles!". My experience can only be fully understood if I confess to having less than perfect credit. I had my doubts that I could secure any vehicle, let alone the 2008 Nissan Altima, 2.5SL (black leather, heated seats, moon roof, just to name a few options). The 5 stars here should be a 10 star of a 5 star: for going exceedingly above and beyond to assist a new customer (extraordinary treatment compared to the shabby and snotty attitudes, from those at a couple other named dealers in town, that I received). Please: due yourself a huge, huge favor, and shop only at Baierl: you will avoid the pitfalls that often accompany vehicle shopping. To name a few of the overall, extraordinary attributes of Baierl: -pricing on vehicles is often below even Kelley Blue Book values (fair all around!); -very honest about the details of cars and expectations of purchase yet reassuring; and -truly inspired to make customers feel like their business is welcomed and to do as much as possible to find the right vehicle, with all options, that a costumer wants and needs. In particular: Hail to Karl Mizuk for his brilliantly, inspired intuition that the Altima SL would be the perfect vehicle to meet the daunting demands of my "situation". As Karl said, with a gleam in his eye as he looked at the Altima SL: "this could be a home run!" I looked at the perfect leather and moon roof and thought: "this would be a miracle for me!". Karl stood with me when I first approached the dealership late one night and saw me through to the taking of possession. He was kind, first of all; extremely knowledgeable; humorous; and entirely honest and forthright. I will surely go to him on my next buy! Perhaps I owe the most special of thanks to Lori, who performs, simultaneously, both jobs as General Manager and Finance Manager. It was Loris charm, astute knowledge, and breadth of contacts that eventually secured the proper financing to let me drive away in the Altima SL. She was extremely cordial even though she had to generate seemingly hundreds of pages of documents, and that just for me (let alone the line of sales men and others that formed outside her door). I should only be so lucky as to have her do my next vehicle financing at Baierl! It would certainly be remiss if I did not give due recognition to Lindsay Baierl, even though she was not technically on my "case". She not only answered a few of my questions on general vehicle inquiries when I first started to view Baierls inventory but she continuously and most genuinely inspired me to believe that Baierl would do all that they possibly could to secure a vehicle for me that would serve my needs and make me happy. She was right! As noted herein, I drove away from Baierl in a 2008 Nissan Altima SL, a vehicle as to which I could not have fathomed possible for me to secure unless there was some type of Divine Intervention. While there might not have been Divine Intervention, in the strictest theological sense, there most certainly was Divine Intervention, and a Miracle, in my life, with the human will of Baierl. Long may Baierl run! John Francis Adlesic

Buying a new car is always stressful. It’s hard not to feel taken advantage of! When I contacted Bill Brunner, I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Before meeting him, I just naturally assumed that he would try to talk me into purchasing something other than what I wanted, like every other car salesman that I have worked with has done. I put off upgrading my 2012 Sorento because I didn’t want to waste time playing the back and forth game. I went to meet him in person and was pleasantly surprised. He actually LISTED to ME. He found the car on the lot and we worked the numbers. I left late that day to talk it over with my husband. I quickly realized that I changed my mind and didn’t want the vehicle that we had verbally agreed on anymore. I went back to the dealership the next day and told Laurie (manager) that I changed my mind, so please don’t start the paperwork. She was very understanding and kind about my change of heart. Bill was off that day. The following day, when Bill returned to work, I received a phone call from him. I told him that I just wasn’t happy with the original vehicle. He said to me, “I don’t want to sell you a car that you’re not happy with.” I was shocked. I have never, ever had a salesman express that. We talked about the Sorento that I wanted with all of the features that the original one didn’t have. We started over, he worked the numbers for me AGAIN and was able to put me into the upgraded vehicle that I wanted at the price that I wanted. Working with Bill was an absolute pleasure. I never once felt like I wasn’t in control and that he really did listen to me. He was not pushy in the least bit. He answered all of my questions so that I could understand. We must have made 25 phone calls back and forth in one day, I never waited an extended time to hear from him. He made several other accommodations for my husband and I (we work opposite schedules) so that we could complete the paperwork. I strongly recommend working with Bill Brunner. He’s just different than any other salesman I have ever worked with.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Baierl Kia and highly recommend the Baierl family of dealerships to anyone looking for a new or used car. Our salesperson was Barry Duffey and he was top notch. We just had a baby and were looking to trade in my 2011 Kia Soul for a larger vehicle that would do well in the (either a Sportage or Sorento). Before even going to the dealership, we found Baierls website to be very helpful - we found a couple of vehicles we were interested in at a great price and called the dealership on a Thursday afternoon. We set up an appointment with Barry for Saturday afternoon and explained we would be bringing our 5 week old with us. From the time we entered the dealership, Barry and the entire Baierl Kia staff treated us so kindly. I test drove the 2014 Sorento and loved it - the price that Bairel offered was lower than all the other dealerships in our region (we have a friend in the auto sales industry who priced all the others out for us). They also provided a fair trade offer for my 2011 Soul. Barry and GM Rob Williams worked with us to get the payment in the range we were looking for and we locked in at a good APR on our loan. Lauren Baierl was extremely thorough when going through the paperwork. We were at the dealership for nearly six hours until we closed the deal. Buying a new car was a HUGE investment for our young family and we appreciated not being pressured or hurried by anyone on the Baierl team. My husband, baby and I drove our 2014 Kia Sorento off the lot that day and we could not be happier. When we got home, my husband noticed that the vehicle was drifting to the left...we called Baierl immediately and we were instructed to bring it in right away - Doug and the service team realigned the vehicle in less than an hour and my baby and I were on our way. It runs like a dream. Thank you Baierl Kia for providing a great product and stellar customer service - we could not be more pleased with our vehicle and our buying experience.
