Didnt have the best experience with this place. Little Riv was nice, and was more than willing to make a deal, however when I test drove the car, there was a light that came on the dash board. I was told at the time of negotiations that it would be fixed. I scheduled a time to come in to make a down payment, and the salesman called and said that the original ower had made a side deal four days before with someone else and sold the car. Not sure why the car was brought to the lot for me to test drive if it was already set to be sold. Just make sure you have ALL the facts and that the car is owned by the dealer because it can and will be sold out from under you.

Little Rob is awesome. He was helpful from the beginning to the end of the process. He was upfront and there werent any surprises. I will definitely do business with First Quality Auto again. The staff was extremy nice and knowledgeable.

It was a waste of time. They didnt call to let know if approved or not. They just try to get you to come in and run your credit. Little Rob was okay, the other guy was rude and unprofessional. I didnt like the way they ran their business.

I think their cars are over priced for the year and mileage. Cars are not that quality, had a car that started having issues after a few months. From a former mechanic standpoint i wont go their again or recommend anyone i know to.
