These guys sold me a lemon, it hasnt even been one year, (bought June 2016, ready for the wheels to fall off in February 2017) and the car they sold me for $4500 has a major transmission issue, it will cost $3000 to fix, and not only that, but they pawned it off on me after they sold the car that I drove 200 miles to buy out from under me. They even wanted to charge me more because it was "worth $6500," but my father managed to talk them down based on the fact that they sold the car we were going to buy from them, and they didnt want their reputation ruined! Well thats funny because now Im going to write this review everywhere that I can find. I even asked them about why it was shifting hard when I test drove it why it was shifting hard and they told me not to worry about it. Its one thing if a $1000 or $500 dollar car fails less than a year after buying it, but this is DISGUSTING. I would not trust these guys enough to buy a pack of gum from them.

We drove about 200 miles to purchase a vehicle from Brookside. They were extremely pleasant to deal with over the phone and were even honest enough to disclose some minor cosmetic flaws with pictures before we made the trip. Upon arrival, they were very friendly and allowed us to check-out and test drive the vehicle to make sure it was everything they said it was. The purchase was painless and the price was fair. They also provided Carfax and a vehicle warranty with our purchase. We left feeling good not only about our purchase, but feeling good about being able to give our business to good, honest people like those at Brookside. I would recommend Brookside Auto to anyone looking for a used vehicle and, even though we live quite a ways away, liked dealing with them so much, would consider them for future purchases.

Getting rid of my huge Ford F350 for something a little more affordable and smaller. Stopped by Brookside to look at a small car. It was nice. The salesmen though were a little nosy and they annoyed me. Turned me off to the dealership. The guy said "I guess your switching because you aint got no money, huh". I said "no". He said "well why else would you switch from a good truck like that"? I said "maybe because I want something smaller". He just laughed. I guess when people switch their vehicles out, it means theyre poor. Yeah.. thats great logic. I mean, ive seen people switch out of Mercedes cars or SUVs to a Toyota just because they got tired of their vehicle. Not because theyre poor. If you want to sell something, dont say stuff like that and annoy/irritate your potential customer.

If you want honesty and excellent customer service run, do not walk, to Brookside Auto Sales. There are not enough words to say how wonderful these guys are. They are a family of father, son and son-in-law that are few of the last of a dying breed of salesmen with their integrity intact. My husband and I have bought 4 vehicles from them and been happy with them all. We have had several friends and family go there and get the same fair, honest treatment that we have always gotten. At this point, I cannot imagine getting our vehicles anywhere else. Very trustworthy and stand by their sales and we have made some wonderful lifelong friends from it.

We have bought cars from alot of different dealerships but this by fair has been one of our best experiences. We absolutely love our mustang when we had a issue with the seat motor we called them up and they immediately took care of it you wont find that at a big dealership. People doing what they say goes along way these days. We bought the mustang for a toy, when we went to look we was on the fence a bit hadnt completely decided and we told Doug that imagine our surprise when he says you wont get any pressure here. Brookside will definitely be our first stop the next time we are looking! Thanks brookside staff!

These folks not only have nice cars on the lot at a fair price they treat you right. Friendly, answered our questions about the van in a straight forward honest way. They even took care of getting the van to the factory dealer to take care of a couple of small recall items the former owner never took care of. Recently we were shopping for another car and Brookside is the first place we checked. They didnt have what we were looking for this time around but I would not hesitate to make them my first stop next time. Good People, Nice Cars, Great Service.
