I usually have a great experience here. The employees are usually super friendly and helpful. But today... I asked the trainer on duty who was walking around if the XL elizabethan collar (care cone) for my dog would fit. I assumed it would because he is a german shepard mix and when I had to use one before for my ENGLISH MASTIFF I had to use the XXL. She told me no it wouldnt and I needed to use the XXL for him. I questioned her because there was no way that was the case and she was very rude about her response. Needless to say, I trusted her "expertise" and bought the next size. I get home to put it on my dog, I had to use the very first notch (as tight as it would go) and it is so big on him its ridiculous. And now I cant even take it back because it has been on the dog. I am very unhappy right now.

IF YOUR MEXICAN DONT EVEN TRY GOING THERE all the workers are racist and rude I took my dog to to grooming never had a problem whats so ever in petco or other places never but in this place they could take my dog because his rabies shot is from Mexico and I have the paper work that the Mexican vet gave me but they cant do nothing about it I explained my situation of how I work 13 hours a day 13 day working 1 off they just ignored me and started walking the other way I wanted to talk to the manager and I did but same thing she couldnt do absolutely nothing and she walked away to like I said rude and racist here

Everyone was extremely rude. I asked the girl at the front counter for crickets and she mumbled something. I asked what she said and she mumbled it again. I still couldnt figure it out so I started walking to find someone else to help me. Came across a stocker. She said the girl at the front called someone up and theyre probably up there waiting for me. Her attitude was hostile. The person that actually got the crickets was nicer but then we checked out with the first girl who was again incredibly rude.

Its cheaper to order pet products from Amazon or Chewy, but PetSmart does price match. They no longer offer cat baths and grooming at this location, yet they still pass out 50% off coupons. They could provide better care for their fish. 75% of the goldfish in one tank were either dead or dying, and they were stacked like bricks at the bottom. I wish Id snapped a picture. The associate shrugged and said "well that happens" when I told her.

The employees are extremely rude and especially the manager Gordon. I have never encountered a ruder person. I asked him a question and he never even looked up at me and barely answered my question. I know some very nice pet stores are coming to the area and I will spend my money in those location.

Went for National Pet Adoption weekend, the shelter volunteers as well as the PetSmart employees were all very helpful and accommodating, all of the employees were sweet and congratulated my boyfriend and I on our new kitten, as well as petting her and telling her she would love her new home

Pet smart is our go to place for all our pet needs. They also alow you to bring your pets in. Dog grooming area towards the back of the store with windows to watch the dogs get a hair cut. They also have a dog training area maybe its a turtle train area also .. grin

Wide variety of pet products available, but mostly for cats, dogs and fish. Staff not very knowledgeable about unusual pets such as reptiles. Products often appeal to owners rather than being appealing to or even safe for the species they are advertised for.
