I usually dont write reviews but I want to save some of you the embarrassment of getting the same treatment I received. I was shopping for a new ATV so I visited several dealers. Before my visit, this dealer sent me a quote though my email. Since I didnt get a response after I replied to his email or no response after I left a message on the phone, I decided to stop in. Big mistake. I ended up having to argue with the owner and was told that I was wrong about the quote. Until we pulled up the quote on his computer and he realized his numbers did not match his argument. But he kept arguing with me anyway until I walked out of the door. I have never been treated this poorly at any dealer, EVER. This guy needs to take some classes on how to treat potential customers and improve his people skills. I drove a few miles down the street and got a great deal on a Can Am which is a much better machine and I got it for a lower price. Some dealers want your business but Lapeer Honda didnt care if he just lost a sale or a future customer.

Paul the Salesman really took care of me and went out of his way to get me a good deal on the bike I purchased from them. He found me a great rate through Honda Financial and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him and Lapeer Honda. If youre looking to purchase a new or used Honda I highly recommend taking the trip from Detroit Metro to check them out rather than dealing with Honda Suzuki of Warren. Also their delivery fee was very reasonable, if I remember correctly it cost me the same for a 50 mile delivery as their competitor wanted to charge for a <5 mile delivery.

Walked into Lapeer Honda this afternoon, with cash in hand to buy a Honda Pioneer. The service guy was friendly and showed me around the machine. I then asked if I could test ride it. He said he wasnt allowed to but he would get the manger for me. The manager informed me that he did not have time to let me test ride it. I asked him about pricing and asked if it was firm. He said if I was a Honda guy I would know price doesnt matter. Apparently neither does customer service. I will never step foot in this place again and I will make sure any one I speak to knows how they do business.

The inside of the place is a disaster but all the workers are very helpful and willing to listen. My main issue is that I ordered a clutch at the front desk and was told "Theres a good chance itll be in tomorrow. But definitely by Friday." (I went in on a Wednesday). Well, here I am with a clutch-less bike now and no way to ride, sweet! I called and asked where the parts were only to be put on hold for a bit and then they picked back up and said "Yeah actually I dont work in parts, but theyll call when theyre in." Still waiting for the call.

The Staff is extremely knowledgeable about their product unlike the dealer in flint. Customer service is a priority one for them they want you to want to buy from them no pushy sales tactics here. I came here their prices were great almost 10% lower than the Flint dealer a $500 savings. I also told them about an ongoing issue i had with another product that i own that other dealers were unable to resolve and they went out of their way to find a solution. Bottom Line is i will be going back to Paul in future

Just like anyone, I started calling different dealers as I was in the market for a new machine. When I spoke to Paul via telephone he was the most knowledgeable on the equipment, informed and educated me of different models and features. Straight forward operation there at Lapeer Honda, no tricks or gimmicks. The purchase and finance was also seamless, and Jeffery was thorough on the new equipment orientation and prep. I appreciate no nonsense and I will be back to purchase a Honda Pioneer soon.

Walked in last Saturday to check out a NC700X in person, they had it priced well below any other dealer on Cycletrader(price was same as I was quoted in an e-mail, didnt go up a penny). They also installed my heated grips for free, just had to buy the parts. It was done and ready the next Saturday when they said it would be. They didnt push me to buy accessories like a lot of dealer would, didnt even mention them.

Went into lapeer honda looking at atvs and get approach by a kid named jeff that really didnt know as much as he thought but still lectures me on how honda is the best machine out there. This place really needs some true salesman if they want to earn more business because after talking to this kid who was kinda rude i wont be back trust me

I have never written a review on Google. This guy offended me so much I had to. Do not call this dealership if you do not have a local phone number. You will not be worth the salesmans time to call back. Had a call later (not salesman) and got interrogated! Shame. Cash in hand ready to buy two ATVs! I will be purchasing elsewhere!

Wow all I can say about this place is that Chris in service is the hardest working young man I have ever seen. He runs around that place helping everyone out and working like crazy. I was in Saturday and boy he didnt even have time to think. I recommend this place to everybody as you will receive great service.

Great place!!! The service guy is really helpful around the whole dealership. Went in asked for some parts, had service questions. He helped greatly and then went up stairs and helped me with looking at a new atv. I recommend this place to everyone.

Took atv in for brakes to be diagnosed. New shoes were already installed. Service had a two week backup, I said no problem. Atv took eight weeks to get serviced after multiple phone calls that were never returned. This place is a joke!
