Just not happy. I stopped in looking at a new Street Glide. Sales team wasnt too pushy, answered my questions, and explained the difference in models. Thats kind of where it stops. I decided to purchase, for pre-approved for any financing I was going to get. I told them I decided to purchase and wanted to get the best price. I mentioned I didnt want to mess around with the back and forth normally done in vehicle sales. I was given a full sticker price on the bike I wanted. They then proceeded to add $1500 worth of "fees" to the sticker price. This is on a 2017 model when the 2018 models are coming out in a month. You would expect some kind of negotiation. I purchased 2 days later. I got a "used" 2017 Street Glide with all the options I wanted with only 1200 miles for $9k less than they were going to sell one to me. It also had way more aftermarket parts that I would have had to purchase. This "used" bike had an extended warranty that Harley has told me is transferable. They told me to stop in my local dealer. I called Napoleon Harley and got passed around to 3 people before giving up. I then decided to stop in to the service department to get it taken care of. They said they couldnt do anything so walked me to the "finance" office. They told me the finance guy was with someone and would be out shorty. I sat and waited 20 minutes before someone told me he wasnt in his office and was at lunch (at 3pm) and would be for another hour. They did take my number and told me they would have him call me.... he never called. I love my bike, but will be driving to another dealership for accessories and service. Ive already purchased about $1200 worth of extras for the bike and a nice $300 jacket from another dealer.

A big thanks /kudos to the staff at Napoleon Harley-Davidson dealership! Was on a road-trip Saturday, and stopped there for my first visit around 4:00 that afternoon. Walking in, misread the business hours on the door and thought they were open until 6:00. Had some coffee which I greatly needed, chatted with a few employees about my 2014 Ultra Limited, and new bikes they had on the floor. Also purchased a few items I needed, not aware that I was being waited on way past closing time, until paying! Thumbs up on the hospitality and family-friendly environment Napoleon Harley-Davidson!

I went to a event at the Napoleon Harley Davidson dealership and introduced myself to the owner he was rude and unprofessional. I had purchased a lot of stuff from them. . The service department was chaotic and unorganized the younger guy that waited on me didnt seem to know anything about bikes at all. Then I was looking at bikes and I dont know if its because I was a woman but no one came to help me out not one salesman came to ask if I was interested in looking at any any of the bikes. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

Called to see about having a tire put on my cruiser. Its not a Harley Davidson but its what i have to enjoy the open road. To my surprise the service department could take care of me but there was a problem. I hadnt purchased there brand of tire so no service. For all everyday riders if your in a pickle and need a hand keep on walking if your not sporting a Harley all others not welcome. Thanks for nothing.

I purchased my second bike from Napoleon HD. Sat on it and new this was the one for me. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgable. This place does all sorts of events for Poker Runs and HOG Chapter events. Plus, you can always make time to check out the Harley shop! Plenty of variety for 2017 and beyond. Check out this place for your Harley needs

Okay....Felt a bit of sales associate pressure...If I explain that I am okay with my on experience, please do not go on and on about sales and discounts ........We were also disappointed to see prices on basics (grey womens tank top $30...Come on....They are made overseas...). I would love to see prices that we average HD riders can afford. Fun to look...

Came here from Toledo. As I was treated so badly at the Harley-Davidson store in Toledo / Perrysburg. But, Here in Napoleon at Napoleon Harley Davidson I was treated so well. It was a big difference from the jerks in Toledo/Perrysburg. A very nice ride to. So come here and Not to Toledo/Perrysburg. Nice ride and better service. You will be glad you did.

I must give this place a 5-star rating great staff excellent people knowledgeable friendly thoughtful kind and considerate know their product always willing to go the extra mile my only disadvantage with this place is I ride an Indian but Napoleon Harley-Davidson still treats me as a rider and for that I will give them a five star rating

The staff is great, very,inviting, but I must agree with another review ...wish the prices were more comfortative to the "every day HD rider ...or wearer of HD clothing" No doubt the prices have gone up, and the quality has gone down over the years. Nonetheless, this is, by far, one of my favorite shops !

Traded for a new street glide and was pleased enough with the sales teams efforts and finance dept that I went back a few days later and traded my other bike on a new dyna low rider s . Typical Haley store. Nice bikes with a pricy sticker on their new bikes. Some of the used bikes are nice and reasonably priced
