I bought my first Triumph motorcycle this spring, and the folks at Triumph Detroit could not be better to work with. Im a slow, picky consumer who asks a lot of questions and does a lot of comparison shopping. Triumph Detroit never applied pressure, gave a hard sell, or anything of the sort. Instead, they made me a great deal on a storied product that frankly sells itself. Their service is just as good as their motorcycles. Above all, they are straight shooters who genuinely try to help you get what you want -- genuinely friendly people you are happy to get to know. Rob and the entire gang at Triumph Detroit are worth the drive to D-Town (actually Shelby Township).

Dave is a fantastic guy, an avid motorcyclist himself, the staff always friendly, enthusiastic and accommodating. Excellent selection of bikes, test rides of almost every model usually available. Great selection of gear and casual wear, knowledgeable and skilled service department, what more could you ask for in a dealer.

Very friendly and helpful. They balanced my tire for me, and I needed a yuasa battery asap. I couldnt find any locally, but when i called them, they had it and charged it before i got there. They have very reasonable prices.

Best tire price I could find around, Cost me $154 after tax to replace, and rebalance both my tires (plus cleaning/lubing the chain). Staff was friendly and accommodating, Took about an hour and a half to finish the job.
