I have been a customer of K&W Cycle since 2006 when I bought my first new Yamaha FJR (I bought my 2nd one from K&W in 2012). The sales staff has always been great but what really keeps me coming back is their service. I have been going to see Dave in service since 2006 and he rocks! Honestly, every employee I have come in contact with in sales, parts and service has always gone the extra mile, but Dave is awesome. He has never done me wrong, nor any of my friends. As a woman, it is VERY difficult to find a service dept. in any kind of dealership that treats you with respect and doesn’t try to take you for a ride. Dave has always been a sincere, friendly, honest guy and if he can help me with something, he always does. In 2008 we realized I was going through tires too quickly for my pocket book and Dave did some investigating to try to find me tires that would last me much longer than a year and a half (I average about 9,000 miles a season). He did a great job by coming up with the Michelin Pilot 2’s (FYI - I rode 36,000 miles on my first Pilot 2 back tire, seriously). I don’t know of another service or parts dept. that goes that extra mile for a customer to help them find something they want or need. This type of service is rare and I am proud to tell everyone where I bought my bike and most importantly, where I get all of my service work done. I have been going there for years and I have never had bad service. I actually look forward to seeing Dave and all of the other staff members when I bring my bike in for service – now that’s rare. :) Having confidence in my service dept. is huge for me, which is why I will continue to be a K&W customer for many years to come. Thank you for the awesome service!

Wouldnt even give them 1 star. Had my Polaris Jet Skis for over 20 weeks. From late May til I picked them up today. Charged me almost $1000 & never fixed nothing. Every time I called the service department to get answers, I was promised a return phone but not once did I ever receive one. The owner fought with me just to even give back half my money. Tried to double talk me & talk technical but could never fully explain what they did to merit almost $1000. Then the punk owner hangs up the phone on me. If you need work on anything, take it from somebody who has experienced their horrible service & take them somewhere else. Youll be thankful you did. Not only did the punk owner hang up on me, he couldnt even come out to face the music when I returned to pick up my skis. He hid in his office like a little girl. This place is terrible & not worth the headache of dealing with them. Take your business elsewhere. The owner "Robbie" is pathetic & probably made himself feel tough by hanging up the phone on a very patient customer. Whatever it takes for this loser to make himself feel like a man I guess. This place sucks!!

Robbie DeMeulenaere the manager of K&W Cycle is a con-man. I bought a motorcycle for $5600, and they used high-pressure sales tactics to sell me a "tire and theft protection plan" that I didnt want for $600. They said I could cancel them and get a refund at any time, but when I tried they refused! They are predatory, unscrupulous con-artists. Furthermore, I had mechanical issues IMMEDIATELY after buying my motorcycle brand new with a warranty, but they REFUSED to fix my motorcycle after it broke only a month after purchase (while still under warranty)! They literally told me to go fix it myself! They also never told me that they opened a credit-card in my name and put the full purchase price of the motorcycle on it! The card had a limit of $5000, so I was immediately $1200 over! Robbie DeMeulenaere is the most unethical, immoral, dishonest, lying salesman I have ever dealt with. K&W Cycle takes advantage of people, and has no regard for honesty or integrity. K&W Cycle took advantage of my ignorance and robbed me blind.

In the summer of 2016 I took my Sportster in to get the rear tire and drive belt changed out. The work they did on it was OK, but my bike was clean as a whistle when I dropped it off and when I picked it up it had two new (small) scratches on the tank and greasy finger smudge marks all over the bike. My husband is a mechanic so he explained it away: sometimes that happens when shops are busy. We gave them a second chance this year, April 2017, this time my husband dropped off the rear wheel to his Roadstar. He had to clean the wheel when he got home, (again with the smudge marks on whitewalls) and the brand-new balance magnets they installed came right off when he applied water to the wheel. THEN he finally went to put the wheel back on the bike he discovered that they had installed the tire BACKWARDS on the rim! Sadly the guys are nice there, so I hate to give a negative review, but if youre going to use k & ws service dept for your precious perhaps u should consider waiting for their their slow season.

The overall experience at K&W has been great!!! Russ in the service area is the reason that I switch all my business over to this store. He was my mechanic at competitors location and does incredible work, so when I found out he was moving I decided to follow him I live in Fowlerville which is about an hour and a half ride each way, and I pass about four other powersports dealers, but because of the service and work that he does I decided to move along with him. Since then I have gotten to know Jeff in Sales and he has been great to work with as well. They all do a great job of following up and delivering on everything they commit to and it has been a sheer pleasure to work with the entire group. Russ is with out a doubt the most knowledgeable and the best mechanic that I have seen. I have now got some of my friends going to K&W as well and they agree it is worth it!!! Great Job to all of you and I will continue to refer your location to everyone I know. Jeff

They have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales guy was terrible and lacks basic customer service skills. The other sales guy however seems to be really good I am sure if I had him to start with I would of have an over all better experience on the sales side. The service side was also REALLY bad my machine needed service, and I guess they dont have enough techs so the guy was always behind, never called to give updates (i had to call) and when I called it was like uhhh who are you? what machine is yours? I think we are almost done... After I talked to a few people there things got better but for you to spend almost $30,000 on a machine you would think they would treat you better. I will never go there again for anything I go all the way to US 27 in St.John MI those guys are AH-MAZING!
