Visited yesterday on a whim since weve driven past this location several times. Walked in, no one was behind the counter, but we could hear people in the back speaking. After several minutes, someone called out that they would be right with us. No problem, at all. She soon came up front and asked us what wed like where we informed her we were first timers. She gave us a quick wrap of the menu and after being informed quite a majority of the cookies were getting baked right now, we were left with a couple options. The worker, herself, seemed to not really care and was lacking any kind of positive attitude. Instead, it seemed we were bothering her with trying to order. My boyfriend got a Peanut butter cup monster cookie ice cream sandwich, while I got a simple chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich. My boyfriends cookie was warm, fresh, and tasted amazing. Mine, not even close. With plastic sporks, I couldnt even stab into my cookie. The spork broke, so I replaced it and continued trying to dig through the rock that was supposed to be a "hot, fresh cookie". I took 2 bites, threw it away. How am I expected to eat a rock hard cookie with plastic silverware? Impossible Is it truly that hard to microwave or heat up a cookie? Instead, supbar personality and service kept the employee from actually "trying" to impress first time customers. As a food service worker and waitress, the extra 5 seconds it would have taken would have been the biggest difference. Wont be returning.

My co-workers and I placed an order for a birthday cookie cake and ice cream for one of the girls at 11:05pm the delivery time was set for 12:45am . We waited at the entrance where the delivery was to occur for 15min before placing my first call to customer service. The lady on the phone says that it takes the cookie cake an hour to bake n cool and so on n so on and that the driver should be at the building in about 5 to 10 min . So we continue to wait another 30 min. So I call customer service again and the tell me its been delivered then they said his app was wrong then they said they couldnt contact him. So I hung up the phone then 20 min later the store owner calls n says that the computer had a glitch and that they would send it with extra cookies and that it would about 30 more minutes. I am very dissatisfied with the service we received tonight.

The cookies have always tasted fine. HOWEVER, our delivery orders the last 3 times have been missing 1 or 2, $3 cookies and/or taken over an hour to get delivered. This time, a tip was also added onto my card that I did not approve because I always tip in cash. The delivery driver wasnt friendly, kept his head down, looked guilty when I handed him the cash tip, and hurried away. I called customer service, they said the 2.50 tip would be put back on my card in 3-5 business days. She also said she would send me a coupon for free cookies, but I dont plan on ordering from here again. I work in food service, so I understand mistakes and bad days, but I WILL NOT put up with stealing. I honestly make better cookies myself, but with a new baby, I dont always have the time.

I never received my cookies, and after countless emails with customer service, I never received my refund. This was supposed to be for Christmas, and now it is mid-April and still no refund, even though they told me it went through. They told me to contact my bank, and I did, and my bank informed me there was nothing on Insomnia Cookies part showing there was a refund, and that it would show up as it went through. I will never use their services again for overpriced cookies that never showed up. What a waste of time and money.

My roomate and I ordered insomnia for delivery to our dorm at 10:58pm last night, and did not receive them until almost 1am. It took almost 2 hours to receive our order. The cookies were cold. The outrageously expensive tiny bottle of milk was past the expiration date, soured, and clumped/lumped inside the bottle. Absolutely disgusting. Not worth the wait or the price. First and last delivery. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered cookies and ice cream at 7:03 pm, driver came about 50 minutes later and gave us half the order then left. My husband tried to chase him but did not have shoes on. After 3 calls to customer service and requesting to get reimbursed if it was going to take any longer (it was then 9:08) we didnt have our ice cream. Will never order from here again. My husband had to go get us shamrock shakes instead.

We ordered cookies over 2 hours ago and they still have not been delivered to us we called and they said that the driver left 15 minutes ago and then 30 minutes later I called again and asked to cancel the order and they told me I couldnt cancel it that the cookies had to be delivered to me. And that I couldnt get a refund. Worst experience with delivery ever and I dont know if Ill order here ever again.

Ordered cookies at 7, they didnt arrive until 9. I think itd be nice for Insomnia to give an estimation on arrival time for cookies so I can know what Im getting myself into. Driver also drove away with my milk because "he forgot." Can you "forget" the tip I gave you as well? Never ordering from this place again. Theres a much better franchise in my hometown.

The cookies are fantastic. I love the premium cookies in particular (smores is my favorite). They even deliver, for very reasonable rates. I definitely partook far too often in grad school. The only reason they dont get five stars is because it was not uncommon for my cookies to arrive cold, which was very disappointing when I lived only two miles away.

Small shop, just grab and go stuff. Their "cookiewich" (ice cream sandwiches) are great, but beware the SIZE of a deluxe. Its a 2-3 serving type deal for most people. The place is a tad pricey but their cookies are pretty dang delicious, especially the fresh ones out of the oven. Smores cookie was great!

Ive gone to the location and gotten Insomnia Cookies delivered several times and have enjoyed having a fresh, fairly well tasting cookie every time. The prices are fair considering what youre getting, and the delivery is generally quick and easy with still-warm cookies.

This is the second time Ive ordered and the second time the cookies have been late. I wrote in to customer service and never heard a response. The cookie pies are better than the individual cookies, but theyre expensive and not worth the hassle.

Ordered insomnia cookies. No reservation number. No text or email or anything for confirmation. Then some guy came almost two hours later to deliver our small box of cookies. Not giving 1 star because I at least got my cookies. Not worth it.

I was sitting here all depressed like and my cookies and ice cream came. Oatmeal raisin, chocolate chunk, and the coffee ice cream. My night just got 10x better. Cookies are cooked perfect - still warm and soft but not too soft. Ugh.

i havent been to this place but i certainly plan to. Im writing a review because i find it nice that insomnia sufferers like me are given this special restaurant to deliver cookies to us at 3:00 am. i like the idea. thanks guys
