Normally I would give a 5 star rating since we usually enjoy coming here, but today was not a good one when it came to customer service. We usually order 3 smoothies every time we come and they come filled to the top, but that didnt happen except for my daughters. My wife asked why isnt our smoothies filled to the top like our daughters. She didnt even say anything but that is how it came out of the machine. Every other time it was made the way we expect. The lady at the counter didnt even do anything to remedy the issue and she saw that two of the three wasnt right! Simply bad service this particular evening!! 5/16/17

The best bubble tea Ive ever had, and the workers are all really nice. My friends and I found this place in January and weve been coming as often as we can ever since because its got such a chill and inviting vibe! Cute decor, clean atmosphere, and a great selection of drinks and dessert to choose from. We will always come back as long as youre open! Thank you so much for great drinks and great service!!!!

Always a line here, however, well worth the wait! I have never had anything here that tasted bad. My suggestion is the Taro Coconut Smoothie with pearl and crystal boba. Its amazing!

Bambu favorite is delicious. Item #10! Drinks are made from fresh ingredients, taro drink is actually thick and blended taro! We were expecting taro powder, much to our surprise it isnt

They had a great selection. I was not a huge fan of the drink I got (#6) I will stick to the tea milk next time. Overall, it was nice. I plan to return.
