Very Unprofessional! - As I was purchasing a brand new video game from them for $35.00. The man put a sticker on the video which said it was a DVD and it was only $15.00. Not thinking anything of it, I went off on my way. Days later I realize that the cover of the game seemed fake and also the packaging. I took it to gamestop and they told me that the game might be fake. So I go back to king pawn to return the game with my receipt and the man said I paid $15 for the game and not $35. I looked on the receipt and I realized it didnt match what I paid for the game. I told him we can work this problem out by exchanging the game for a different one. So the arabic guy gets angry, grabs my game, opened it up and flipped the front cover of my game. Then he goes "SEE IT"S NOT FAKE, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS FLIP THE COVER" I then put 2 and 2 together and realized that they shrink wrapped the game, flipped the cover, knew that the game was used and sold it to me as brand new! and on top of that they put a false sticker saying it was a DVD for $15 on the game and lowered the price on the receipt so that I couldnt get the full amount for the game back. I will never go back there again! They sell stolen video games from Circuit City & other local stores. Almost everything behind the counter is stolen! You will see Sonic Care toothbrushes, Windows Software, Razors, etc.. buyer beware!

They dont accept anything thats not up to date, if it is dont expect to get much. I brought in a brand new lgg4 but it had boot loop problem. My price was 100.I explained the issue, 75 for a technician to fix. But you probably know someone that can fix and then sell it for more. Dude was not to negotiate with
