Michelles headline was close, Dishonest, rude and expensive. Ive honestly never felt so mistreated as a customer. I started off by calling them for information on transferring a new firearm purchase to them so I could pick it up, since that meant Id bought the firearm else, I assume thats when they started treating me like !@#$, so within the first 10 secs. They tried to sell me on coming into the shop and buying the gun there instead, which I would have done had they had it and it been reasonably priced. Instead, they blatantly lied to me saying they did have it, but wouldnt give me a price over the phone, I had to come in for that. So I bit, came into the store, and guess what, no gun. They tried selling me on something kinda close, for a good $300 more. They finally sent me off with their distributors info so *I* could look at his stock and get price info. (Doing their job for them). Price was about $150 more than I could get it, have it shipped, AND paid to get it transfered to me. I stuck to my guns, sorry for the pun, and requested they just do the transfer for me after I buy it myself. They started giving me the run around, telling me to come back later in the week, when they werent busy, I told them Id come in in a few hours since they were so busy... They were angry I showed up and didnt pointlessly wait a week to come in, then began coming up with unnecessary procedures to begin the transfer, adding extra steps and doing things in an awkward order. Long story short, this place makes you feel like they are doing you a HUGE favor. I essentially just wanted to hand them money for doing next to nothing, and they instead gave me a hard time. I took my business elsewhere, and will never be returning to them again.

Help here is nonexistent as all the gentlemen behind the counter are chatting with their friends in the store. I went in there just to take a look around, went over to the gun section where there were a few I wanted to take a look at. I had to wait ten minutes for the gentlemen behind the counter to finish his story with a friend who was sitting down in a chair on the other side of the counter. All their used shotguns are way over priced and in poor condition. The gentleman was very rude and did not seem knowledgeable. I like pawn shops, I think sometimes you can get great deals and they generally have very knowledgeable staff because they see so many different items walk through – none of that is true here. Not worth your time unless you must pawn something but I would still go elsewhere.

They are crooks period. Only got $20 for a barely used, perfect condition samsung kids tablet. Only got $20 for my daughters old bike and they are selling it for $60. They need to be investigated. Taking advantage of people who are down on their luck!

Worst store ever. Timing schedule says 9am-5pm. But they open at 10! Close at 4:30. I wont go there again! Old retard greedy ppl!
