The store says "Not your Fathers Pawn Shop". They now use INSTAPAWN App so you can check your loan and pay on it from anywhere at anytime! So convenient! Its not, the whole experience is different ☆Professional☆Clean☆Friendly Educated Staff☆and great rates/prices. I have worked at four pawn shops in my life, two here in town and two in Florida while I was in college. When u are college poor and you work at a pawn shop, all the students are your best friend ;-) I also use pawn shops for tools, electronics, games, dvds and loans. So I know how they work. Liberty has set a new bar for others to reach! Everything I have purchased at any of their locations has been A+ condition and value. Its one thing to have a favorite employee (and I do and u know who u r, lol !) but everyone that has served me at Liberty are great, no kidding! If you need a loan or are looking for a good deal, go to ☆L I B E R T Y☆P A W N☆ You owe it to yourself to try the best before the rest, you will not be disappointed! My friends go, I even took my father and father in law, they both spent money and saved money, and they are hard a$$e$. I couldnt believe how nice they were to my dad, god and I love him but he is condescending at his best! Pawn shops provide a great service to the community, and no one does it better than Liberty! Trust me as I am an experienced customer and pawn shop employee!

DO NOT APPLY HERE! I recently applied here because I was given an application to apply by the owner (who was very friendly). I applied, and to my relief I was called back by this location for an interview. Now I know interviews can be tough at times and you may have to deal with a little grilling. But, upon the time of the interview (today) I was greeted by an elderly woman who obviously worked there. She was extremely rude, constantly asked me the same questions over and over again.She obviously didnt review my resume very much before she called because of her attitude. It seemed like she just wanted to get me angry, and was being rude to get under my skin by asking opinionated/personal questions. It was an awkward experience, Im only nineteen so I have more opportunities, but never this company again.

This is by far, the best pawn shop Ive ever been to. Everytime I go there Im immediately greeted, by name, and they are always eager to help with whatever my needs are. Most pawn shops do not feel welcoming, and most of the time its because of the people working there. This could not be further from the case here. The owner, Tammy, is almost always there, and very quickly you can tell that she is truly involved with whats going on, and that is evident by the way this place treats its clients. Everyone that works there is courteous, professional, and easy to deal with. This is now the only pawn shop I will go to, and I always get a fair deal, whether im buying or selling. I really appreciate the effort that those folks put into providing a great experience, start to finish.

WOW!!!!! Thats the best word to describe the people at Liberty. I have been a shopper there since they were a single location franchise and now with this third location they are even more convenient. I just stopped in today and had Tammy change the battery in my Invicta Watch (I dont trust just anyone with something that costs as much as this watch does) but she handled it with kid gloves and I couldnt be happier. This is truly the best place to shop for all your needs, no matter what you are looking for. I have all of there #s saved in my phone and they are the first people I call when I am going to purchase anything chances are they already one and cheaper than buying it new. Thank you so much for being there!

This is the worst pawn shop I have ever been to. I go there one time a few months ago with an item they offer me 800 for it which of course was a low ball amount my husband was not willing to accept. I went there today with the same item and the guy asks how much I want for it, I say 1000. He comes back and tells me he can give me no where near 1000 and then ask him how much he can give. He tells me he cant even say and Im like well we were offered 800 last time. Hes like im no where near that. A 3000 item and he tells me he cant even give me a price. Give me a break, I will take my business elsewhere.

This was my first trip to liberty pawn and it was a good one. I was looking to buy some subs for my car. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by one of the employees. After looking at their selection of car speakers the salesperson asked if he could help me with anything. I told him what i was looking for he came over and said his name was Mark and began to show me what he had. I decided on a set of subs he had i asked the wattage which he looked up for me. I purchased the speakers from him. A good experience from start to finish and also a really clean store.

BEST SHOP EVER: I cant begin to describe how different this pawn shop is compared to others. The owners are always on site, the staff is polite and experienced, everyone is knowledgeable, they are very fair in their prices and loans and they work fast. The most important part though is the experience. They treat you like family, work with you if you run into an issue the best that they can, and they always remember your name. You cant and wont find better people to deal with.

This place is horrible. We were told that they would size our rings anywhere from $25 to $35. When we picked our ring up it was $85 because they did extra work on the ring. Nobody asked for extra stuff. The bracelet they bought from us for $12 is on sale for $100. This place really put a bad rap on pawn shops. What a rip off. We will never be back in that shop again. Good luck to those who do enter this establishment.

Tammy and the guys are great. Every time I have been in a bind and needed a little extra cash they have always made my experience the best ever. Its not always easy going into a pawn shop and saying hey I need money. Not one staff memeber has ever made me feel uncomfortable or looked down on at all. They are always very inviting and remember me and my situation with out skipping a beat. Hands down best ever!!!!!

Do not waste your time with anybody else! These guys are the absolute best in town! They are fair, reasonable and the service is excellent! As long as I am a resident of this area I will never even entertain going anywhere else. The professionalism and knowledge is simply unsurpassed. I really mean that!
