This place is now under new management. Awesome customer service! Even was talking to another customer about the other rude shops on rt3 that dont even greet you and dont negotiate on prices tht are already high. Would suggest this or fredericksburg gold and pawn to anyone. If it doesnt say gold and pawn your gonna be in the wrong! Lol

Never going back to this place they are rude as hell at customer service and have no ideal what they are talking about. They low ball you way less than any other pawn shop. They obviously think your an idiot cause thats how they talk to you. Go somewhere else were they actually care and treat you right

Horrible service, the workers there are rude and snobby. Brought in my laptop and they told me they didnt even want it. Took it down the street to Liberty Pawn and they gave me $120! Would not recommend this pawn shop.
