Myself and my family have been dealing with Liberty Pawn for a few years now. My mother who went to high school with Tammy referred me there when I needed a loan. Every employee at Liberty Pawn was very honest, friendly and made me feel very important. I was able to negotiate with them on my loan prices and was offered more on my items then I was at Pawn King and another location. When my pay check was late, I called and they worked with me on my interest due date because they did not want me to lose my special items. Liberty Pawn is not your average pawn shop; they value your things and not just for their own profit. They have become family to us over the years of respect and business we have done with them. I went to Pawn King once when Liberty Pawn was closed and was so disgusted with their poor customer service and deliberate disregard for my things that I walked out and informed them I would never come back, even if Liberty Pawn closed down. Tammy, Carl, Dave and all the other employees at Liberty Pawn are amazing people who will cherish your beloved items and offer you the highest amount for what it is worth. They use a special pricing system to make sure you are offered the most. I buy all of my video games and dvds at Liberty because they have them for the reasonable price. My experiences at Liberty Pawn are great every time I walk into the store. I leave assured and satisfied. I recommend them to everyone I meet who is looking for a pawn shop. I can assure they will meet every one of your needs and will show you the best customer service you have ever had.

Went into Liberty on Sunday to see if they could help me out with determining if my gold cufflinks that I found at a sale were real. The gentleman said he would have to "scratch" them to determine if they were real. I agreed. Well the scratch test was more like a butchery to one of these previously beautiful pair of cufflinks. Yes they were real but the butcher job with the "scratch" test was unnecessary. Now I have no choice but to sell them for scrap gold which is probably the reason he did what he did to them. Was thinking of maybe gifting them, now that is out of the question. I would have happily paid something for the service for a test if I wasnt going to sell them to that store. Maybe they can rethink their way of doing business before they ruin other peoples stuff. They wont have a second bite at the apple with this customer who has yes done business with them before and had no previous problems. I would have said something then but I didnt have my reading glasses with me and didnt notice what a butcher job he had done. I do have before and after pictures because I was trying to identify the makers mark.

Liberty Pawn & Gold are amazing I went in to try and sell a camera that I never use, and left my car running cause I thought it would be a short trip as are most of my pawn shop visits. Well they surprised me so much with there great service that I went back out and turned my car off so I could look around!! They gave me more than anyone on my camera and blew Gamestop out of the water by undercutting all of there prices on games, I will never be going to any other pawn shop or Gamestop for any off my gaming needs, or any electronic needs for that matter!! If I could rate higher than 3 on the categories I would have!!!!!!!

Is there room for another star????!!!!!! I wanted to get my deserving husband an IPAD but I didnt want to spend and arm and a leg to do it. After calling around to many other shops, the prices were just out of my reach. Until Liberty Pawn and Gold, LLC. I called them and they were extremely helpful. Not only was I able to get my IPAD for my husband quickly, the customer service was impeccable. It was definitely worth the drive and I recommend them to anyone looking to make a purchase. Awesome!!!!!!!!

Every time I go into liberty pawn and gold Im always greeted with a hello and with respect. They always give me the best prices for my things and they have the lowest interest rates in town. Its definitely the cleanest pawn shop Ive ever been in. I definitely recommend going to this pawn shop for all your needs. There stuff is so cheap. I will never buy retail again!! Bought a watch on their Ebay page, and I was very disappointed! The watch condition is used, but I was told that it has no scratches, light used, and great condition! Such bs! It was so scratched up that the second color tone, rose gold, has chipped off. There was scratches and nicked on the crystal. Such dishonest seller. I am extremely furious! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

I went to Liberty Pawn looking for a reasonably priced digital camera. They had a great selection and helpful, friendly staff. I checked out some competitors and was unimpressed by their customer service and inventory. In the end, Liberty had the best prices, selection and service. I will definitely recommend Liberty Pawn to friends looking for a good deal.

this location has some very nice and professional people in it....I needed a lil xtra cash to pay a bill so I took my laptop and they gave me the money I needed as a loan and when I paid loan off I got my laptop in same condition as I gave it to them...I was very worried bout doing it but they reassured me it would be taken care of and locked up

Took some jewelry there and they only offered $50 I went and shopped around turns out Spotsylvania gold and pawn ended up giving me $125. Now I just dont see why theres a significant difference for the same thing. I wouldnt trust them. Definitely not going there again.
