I purchased an arrangement of Lilies for valentines $179 delivered. The delivery was on time and seemed ok because we are used to receiving lilies with some buds that havent bloomed yet. After a week we had 10 blooms and 13 buds that had yet to open which started turning brown (-star). I called the store and was told to bring them in for replacement. When I arrived I was told that some lilies just dont bloom at all. Although weve never experienced this with lilies from other shops I can understand it might happen, but when you order $179 worth the flowers this should be mentioned up front since they obviously knew this might be the case (-star for not being upfront). The attitude of the person in charge was a bit off-putting (-star) and indirectly blamed me as if it hadnt had water after I told them the water was absolutely kept full. I only drained some for the car ride over to keep from spilling. Another girl helping with the replacement flowers pointed out some buds that likely wouldnt bloom on those either. And she was right because about half the new buds are again turning brown and not going to open. My opinion is this shop receives lilies that are perhaps mishandled or not cut and stored at the correct time and conditions since weve never had this before... but Im no expert. It is understandable that not every arrangement is going to be perfect, but when spending so much money buyers should receive some honest upfront expectations so they can decide to buy another flower if they wish. Also a good attitude goes a long way. Picture is after 8 days.

Reason why Im not giving 1 star is because they surprised my girlfriend with roses on Valentines Day earlier than expected. The reason I am giving them a solid 2 stars is because first, they misspelt my girlfriends last name on a Valentines Day. I submit my request online, how do you get that wrong? And second reason and the most important is that I sent an email stating my situation, as a customer I expect a response. The email just states that I believe that they did a awesome job and I wanted to give them a little feedback for there job, but got no response. How do you make any improvements if you cant reply back on a simple email? Anyways, I recommend going somewhere else.

My niece is in a play tonight and I wanted flowers for her openning night. The staff I believe her name was Amy was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Although my request for delivery was last minute, Flowerama went above and beyond. I spoke with 10 other florist, none would accept my order. No deliveries after 3:00 p.m. Thank God for florist like Flowerama who are willing to bend the rules for customer satisfaction
