I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced. I came in to pick up my vehicle and had the I unfortunate opportunity to speak with Cory whom I dont think is a bad person, but who lacks the professional courtesy and customer service that is critical when your dealing with customers who pay your salary. I was rather taken aback when Cory informed me that I would have to " pay me first and then Ill give you a printout of the diagnostic findings. He made me feel as though I would run away without paying him, considering he had my keys, and he began to tell me that he discounted me because he did not anticipate the work being done to the car would take 2 1/2 hrs to complete, which I appreciated but quickly lost it the feeling of appreciation when he told me that " I still have to pay my mechanic. As a customer service professional, I pride myself in exceptional presentation when dealing with people in general, and as a rule of thumb. I treat and speak to people as I would expect to be treated and spoken too. In closing I think it would be stellar to have Cory do participate in some much needed customer service training, which could only prove to be beneficial to the organization as well as a benefit for him going forward. If longevity and customer retention is a priority at all to JD Byrider of South Blvd, then my suggestion should be handled with the utmost urgency.

I cant begin how much these guys helped me. My sales rep was Arron he was first off went ABOVE and beyond to help me out. Not only that but all the guys (sorry i cant remember everyones name) and ladies helped me make sure i drove off satisfied. They all just gave outstanding service and grattitude towards me even when i felt like all hope was lost. This was my first real car purchase and they made it so easy and gave me so much just to get me going. On top of that i can already see an positive effect towards my credit score just as they promise just make your payments people!!!! They make it easy and smooth, they listen, they follow up just great service.... Thank you so much Arron and all the team at J.D Byrider!!!! And BTW im so sorry for the late review guys.... I work 7 days our the week sometimes 14 hour days i just havent followed up to it. Again thank you so much guys much love for all of yall! For real straight from the heart. Thank you for making me feel like a visitor and not a customer.

This is the worst place as far as customer service. From the moment we walked in they were rude. The owner was EXTREMELY disrespectful. While taking care of me and my sister the guy taking care of us answers a phone call and was on the phone for at least ten minutes arguing with a customer about another car. Then the so called owner interrupts him and calls him so he leaves us yet again to finish up with another customer(which he wasnt working with when we pulled up). The owner then comes over and starts arguing with my sister and I which is far from professional and regardless of him owning the business we are still the customers and we bring the business to keep his business running... so he leaves and we continue to talk to our sales person about the excellent care we received next door at Larry Jay and then the owner then again comes out of his office saying he heard the entire convo and basically sent us on our way saying he didnt want to sell us a car. Extremely disrespectful

What can I say. I just got this car two days ago and I am so so so happy. Let me tell you people I had two pages of credit that was pulled from all car lots. I got here and told them I dont wanna do a test drive untill I know I am going to get the car the car cause lets be honest the test drive is a tease. So he said let me do my job. And ya know what I let my guard down and let him work. I am so the one whom hates to wait but my sales man ANDREW WAS THE BEST. ANDREW really knew his stuff. Talked to me right. Had a few laughs. So if you have a JOB go see ANDREW there I promise he will put you in a car. I can almost bet my credit is worse then any of yallalk and I got in to a car. So I know if ANDREW can put me in a car. Then ANDREW can put you into one as well. ANDREW you really are the best sales men not just cause you got me a great car cause you sold me on it and gave me respect when you did it. Told me they needed one more check stub for proof of employment I showed 2 from my job that I was recently made full time which pays biweekly and I had to wait 3 weeks for my first check, one week in the hole. I even showed my first paycheck through the temp agency which makes 3, which showed more than 4 months employment. It says a lot when an employer hires a guy after 90 days making more than 13 hour. They didnt see that as a positive thing, yet they you to make a minimum 1100.00 dollars a month. Plus they said they wanted me to transfer my license to NC. Which I asked them in the first place if they take out of state Drivers License. I dont have any driving issues, my car broke down, I needed a car that day cause I am borrowing. Wasted my time This is for people who fit there criteria, who will eventually miss payments. They didnt want to help me a hard working great paid family man. There loss and save on my money! I bought 2001 BMW from these guys after a horrific crash resulting from a drunk driver. Anyhow after having it a couple weeks my fuel pump went out and as everyone knows you buy an old car as is but not at this place! Andrew Chris and John not only came and towed my car to their shop but put in a new fuel pump and would not of even thought of taking my money then even offered to bring it to where i was! Mind you this all happened within 24 hours! Absolutely nailed it on the customer service part and these guys truly are good people and ive already got Andrew on the hunt for another car for me! Highly recommend these guys if your in the need for a used car knowing that they will go well over and above taking care of even after you drive off the lot and everyone there has gotten paid when most companies would tell you to go kick rocks! Exceptional customer service, Best quality used car buying experience in Charlotte. Lee Doggette is a gem of a salesmen. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I arrived later in the evenning and never felt rushed or pressured into a decision. The only thing rushed was the paperwork which takes forever at most dealerships. Every individual I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I understood and was satisfied with all terms of the purchase.I called the dealership a week later to have the service department look at a window that was rolling down slightly slower than normal. He advised he would work me in the same day. An hour later the window was repaired and I was on my way. Buying used can be a tricky situation. At JD Byrider the hardest decision will be picking which vehicle you want from their amazing selection.
