This dealership was helpful originally, in getting me a newer vehicle. First oil change I took it in for, everything changed. - I called earlier in the week to make an appointment, when I came in for the appointment, the service representative adamantly argued that they dont take appointments, and that I did not have one, so itd be a couple hours wait time. -They finally found my appointment, showed me the waiting area, and took my vehicle. - After about fifty minutes, a service representative came out to tell me itd be roughly another thirty minutes, because they didnt have the oil, or filter that my vehicle requires, they had to run to another dealership down the road. - They finished the oil change, and gave me the keys. As I walked to my vehicle, I saw used oil dripping down the passenger headlight. I went inside (the vehicle) to get a towel to wipe the headlight clean, and there was an oily smudge on top of the center console - I looked inside the center console and $10 cash was missing (the only cash in the vehicle). - I tell the service representative about the missing cash, explain how I know, and show him the oily area on the console - He assured me that theyd look into it, check the cameras, and that someone would get back to me about it. He offered to pay me out of pocket, but I declined, assuming that it wasnt his fault. - NOBODY got back to me. I will not be going back to this dealership, no matter how many "free oil changes" I have left. What kind of place is okay with behavior like that from their employees? What kind of place compromises customer loyalty, and future business over $10?

Very shady dealership. Took my car in for gas tank and air bag recall. Left the dealership with the car after the repairs were "done" and noticed that the air bag in the car hadnt been changed (there was a sticker on the air bag that I placed prior to bringing the car in). I also noticed that the mileage on my receipt was made up (even ended exactly at 000) and happened to be significantly lower than the actual mileage. And enough to put me immediately out of their 12 month/12000 mile warranty period on their work based on the mileage on the odometer. I called back to the dealer and got nothing but excuses. The girl even suggested that I must have driven enough to make the miles that much higher on my car - she stuck to her guns even when I questioned how I was to have driven well over 10,000 miles in the hour since Id picked the car up. They then claimed they didnt have the airbag to install, even though they made the appt for me to bring the car in to have it changed and had no reason why they wouldve sent me out of the dealership thinking that the airbag was replaced and even showing it as replaced on the paperwork. They said that there was one that was reserved for someone that they could see about putting in my car and to call back to set the appt. Called back and of course there is no air bag there anymore. They were supposed to get an air bag and call me to bring the car in to have it changed. That was over a year ago. You can probably guess how many calls Ive received from these incompetent crooks.

Salesman Aaron Was great! Told him upfront I was in a pinch for time and he got everything going smoothly. Very knowledgeable about vehicle I purchased. I got a little frustrated when I went in to sign all the paperwork and the employee (not Aaron) tried continuously to sell me an extended warranty for 2500.00 of which I declined 4 or 5 times. My purchase had only 10000 miles on it and had plenty of factory warranty. When I stated that fact that there was plenty of factory warranty remaining, he stated that the factory warranty dont cover as much. Sounded to me like he was trashing the factory warranty just to make another sale. It was only after I informed him again of my time crunch and that I was about to cancel the transaction that he got back to completing the paperwork. I think a person should not have to feel intimidated when they decline "optional" services. When I declined the warranty the 1st time, there was an uncomfortable pause ( which was wasting more of my time) and a few grunts and sighing. I hate the fact I had to raise my voice a little for him to "get the picture" that I did not wish to purchase the warranty or anything else, but he was tenacious. If I decide at a later date I cannot live without a warranty, Google is at my service. ( Thats how I found you ) I did very well selling Life Insurance for 25 years and was never pushy. Dont be pushy.

My experience with Hilton Head Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was an over very satisfying time for me, I got the vehicle I went in to go look at, with the price within a fair range. I worked with Darian Antram who was very easy going and charismatic. Honestly if it wasnt for him I probably would have walked out and went to a different dealer. When he brought the car around for me to get eyes on it their was a bulge defect in the sidewall of the tire, he shared my concern and went to get a different person to take a look, who was less concern trying to tell me "it was fine" when obviously it is not fine to hit a pot hole and get a blow out for the pressure on the bubble. after a short back and forth with this guy he finally got a new tire on it, I dont see why their was even an argument over a tire after all im there to buy a vehicle in good working order, not one with a defect before I even test drove it, in the end it did get changed out with a new tire and I was satisfied with that, Darian is a great sales guy and I have already recommended this dealership to a few guys looking for cars and sent them to go look for him if they do decide to check out the inventory, I would recommend him to have a hire position within the dealership. over all I had a great time there and would get another vehicle from this dealership......the coffee is amazing.

Service sucks, their motto is money over you. They dont go the extra mile for the customer and always that smug look like you have no idea what youre talking about. I had purchased my car there, our salesman was great. However, the service is horrible. After the 1st oil change I had oil all over the engine cover. The first service was weeks after the problem occurred in order to get an appt. I always received that car in worse/dirtier condition than when i dropped it off. During a service at 1,500 miles my brand new car was wrecked while in the service garage. Casey, the service manager did help out quite a bit, but wanted to go the cheapest route. Therefore, I was forced to resolve the problem myself. Ive had a terrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone! Make the drive to the Butler Chrysler Jeep Dodge, it will be worth your time. Update: 3/1/17 - Stopped by to get an oil change for my car, and also to give them a second chance to change my opinion. Upon arriving I was refused service and told that I, nor my brother - who also had a horrible experience there, and left a review - were not going to be serviced due to the "Google Review" that was left. Still very displeased with their service department and customer service.
