Very disappointed. I purchased a 2008 chrysler sebring convertible from this lot and I totally regret it. There were red flags i chose to ignore from the start so I guess I can mainly blame myself. 1st red flag: I first asked if this specific model was fwd, awd, or rwd. The sales woman shrugged her shoulders clueless and stated "i dont know. Probably fwd since most cars are now built that way". But i didnt ask about most cars, i asked about the one I was interested in purchasing. Very unprofessional considering I wasnt a walk-in customer. I gave them 24 hours notice that I was coming to look at it and clearly nobody did their homework. 2nd red flag: the saleswoman also stated "the a/c works but since the car has been sitting in the lot for awhile you have to drive it around for it to kick on." Which is probably by far the dumbest thing I believe Ive ever heard a sales rep say at a car lot. Any car with WORKING a/c kicks on within 1 minute of turning the a/c on. What she meant to say was it has no freon whats so ever, it has a leak, needs an air filter replaced, an oil sensor replaced, a new throttle body, a new catalytic converter and the abs system is completely shot. Ive had this car barely 2 weeks and Ive already put $1,100 of work into it. Mind you, I purchased this car with cash for $6,300 totally paid off. I should have taken my business somewhere else and I would never reccomend anybody coming here if they want to deal with an HONEST dealer.

I bought a car here a month ago. It ran great for a few days and then it started cutting off on us. We found out it had the wrong type of battery in it, the gentleman said it was a battery for a truck. It is still cutting off after getting a new battery and a new transmission and were going to have to take it to a Hyundai dealership to try to figure out what the culprit is which is going to be even more money. I didnt want to buy a new car and be stuck with a payment but the amount of money Ive put into repairs and will be in the future makes me wish I hadnt went the cheap route. Please never be in a hurry to make a car purchase. I now wish we had done more shopping around. I have an infant and thank God she wasnt with us the last time this piece of junk stopped on us in traffic uptown. I want to give this place 1 star but I take ownership in being in a rush to have a car and making the mistake to buy one here. Research Research Research. I pray we can get this fixed because I bought As Is.

Buy a vehicle from this dealer at your own risk. My daughter and I bought a car for her here a few weeks ago. Before she got it home, the check engine light came on. When she got it home, I realized that one of the headlights was out. When I checked the bulb, I found that there was no bulb! The salesman gave me an inspection form that said it had passed, but I dont see how it could with the headlight out. The next day, one of the belts started squealing, so I need to get that replaced. Then to top it all off, I found that the undercarriage has major rust and the exhaust system will probably need to be replaced soon. I must say that I took the car back about the headlight and the salesman did get a bulb for me. But thats small consolation with all of the other problems in this car. So if you decide to buy here, please get the vehicle inspected first by a trusted mechanic. But I would suggest you go somewhere else.

I will never refer anyone to them. They made it thier business to mail me out business cards to refer folks but couldnt mail out the forms to the dmv for me to get the title. Then said the dmv had the incorrect address.Called and spoke with the dmv and they said the dealership needed to pay highway usage tax and send forms so the title would be mailed.I still dont have a title and i bought the car in febuary.Thats not it the car has been broken down for 2 weeks for the second time in the 5 months ive had it.The car was rigged to drive good for a little while.oh and thats not it when my husband spoke to someone at queen city he was told i should have bought a new car.I will make it my business to keep people away from this lot.

Id give 5 stars for customer service, but 0 stars for the vehicle they sold us. We just had the thermostat and housing unit replaced. The trusted mechanic we used made us aware that the engine had been treated with engine sealant. He said that this sealant is supposed to block leaks in the engine and would hold for about 3 months. Which "coincidentally" is exactly how long the warranty lasted. We have had this truck 4 months. It now needs a new radiator, water pump, and is now leaking gas. And there is not a damn thing we can do about it. Beware buyers!!!

I am sorry for the blown headlight. However if u recall correctly QUEEN CITY fixed it for you & paid for it. The check engine came on as we explained because the type of gas you put. You got an amazing deal. The car you traded in til this day we are still unable to sell because we are still spending money to get it to run correctly. Thats fine we took it and gave your daughter the car you all picked out so she wouldnt be stranded on the road. We have been in business for 20+ years & our main focus is low prices & customer satisfaction

Traveled over an hour to view a car that was TOTALLY misrepresented on their website. Color was different, and it was listed as no dings, clean int, etc - it was a piece of junk! Told us via phone before we left that they would allow a 24hr test drive so we could have our local mechanic check out the vehicle, only to be told no once we arrived. The salesman was rude. This business is not listed with the BBB - STAY AWAY!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with the staff at Queen City Auto. I love my new vehicle and I highly recommend anyone to do business with them. They even helped me find reasonable car insurance and even stayed after their business hours to wait for me until I could pick up my new vehicle. Great experience!
