Amin made this process the best experience ive ever had at ANY car dealership. For years our family has been buying cars from Merecedes, Land Rover, BMW, and Audi in Charlotte, and the service and interaction we received at CAI has gone above and beyond anything else. I was recently in a car accident in which my Audi was totaled, and I found my Volvo XC90 on Auto Trader, which was at CAI. I called to see if they still had it, as it was priced extremely competitively compared to all of the other XC90s I looked at. Amin was not by any means pushy, or like that of any other used car dealers. He put the car on hold for me until I was able to come over the next morning and see it. The car is IMMACULATE! One thing that I loved about CAI is that they buy most of their cars out of Florida, which means that they have never been driven in salt or snow, and generally never exposed to the elements that a lot of cars are. The car was spotless, and as soon as we got there, he got us the keys and let us take it on a drive by ourselves, and didnt press a time in which we needed to be back; which was so nice. When we came back, I knew that I loved the car, and we made a deal in minutes, no back and forth, just plain and simple. He was great in explaining the cars history, along with its features. I felt like it was a friend selling it to us, and I never felt as if I was being pressured or rushed into it. CAI has it down to a fine science. Later that day, we came back with a deposit, and he was great about working with us since the insurance hadnt paid out yet. I cant stress enough how professional and sharp these guys are, they really blow all other car salesmen out of the water. I would strongly encourage anyone to go to CAI and take a look, they are the only place I will be buying my cars from in the future, and I am still absolutely blown away by this experience.

I researched for about 2 months for the car I wanted. I searched across America. I was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. Make, Model, Color, Trim, and price. Even $2,000 cheaper than nearby competitors. The service was easy to work with. Having to travel 6 hours away, Amin was able to assist me in selling my current vehicle (2012 Chevy Silverado / 17MPG), hold the vehicle I wanted for a week, process my loan through CAI, and make buying a used car easier than shopping at a grocery store. It took less than an hour to test drive (First time sitting in this type of vehicle), sign the papers and start driving my 2011 Audi A3 TDI (Diesel 42MPG) car. The condition of the car was as expected. Clean, reliable, and Ready to Roll. Ive been bragging to all my friends and family that CAI was worth the wait and 6 hour drive to get this car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone serious of buying an import vehicle.

If you need to purchase a nice reliable vehicle and want to enjoy the experience during the process then this is the place for you. Amin and his dad are an absolute pleasure to work with. Before purchasing our car we were considering purchasing from Carmax. The difference was like night and day. Carmax applied SOOOOO MUCH PRESSURE that we really liked the car but were just turned off. We found the car we were really looking for here at a better price, lower miles and one owner. Soon as we got there Amin asked if we needed help, he handed us the keys and said take your time, complete opposite from the other place. Once we met Amin, we felt comfortable and that helped in us deciding to purchase from Carolina Auto Imports. One other thing, they only purchase quality vehicles and most with low miles. I would give them 10 stars if I could. All I have to say is check these guys out, you wont regret it.

I had a very good experience with my purchase from Amin. I went there with a specific vehicle to purchase and ended up with something different that I liked even better. My trade allowance was very fair and better than offers I had received from other places. The price of the car I purchased was below retail and the atmosphere was laid back and fun. Amin and his dad (who is also very nice) have a good thing going! I would purchase from Carolina Auto Imports again and would also refer friends and family. One more thing definitely worth mentioning is that Amin offered to keep my aftermarket wheels for me until my husband and I could come back to get them. He even said he would bring them to us if he was in our area first. This was greatly appreciated since the awesome little BMW I purchased could not accomodate them.

I originally didnt want to go out of state to purchase a car but all the local cars that we were looking at were in terrible condition for their asking price. The search lead me to Carolina Auto Imports in the hands of Amin. Good thing it did because he made the whole transaction process enjoyable. He answered all my questions and I had a lot. He sent me the original document of what he paid for the car at the auction and than gave me a fair price. He went above and beyond to help me and even answered questions on his off days. After we got home we found out that the bluetooth system didnt work on the car. I called him and with no questions asked he sent me a check to pay for half of the unit even though he wasnt obligated to do so. The overall experience was great!

Great service... bought a hard to find 370Z, 6spd with navigation. Car was extra extra clean. Amin had no qualms about letting me take the car to a Nissan specialist (Nisstech) in Indian Trail to be inspected from top to bottom. Car checked out great and so I bought it. I had financing in place with USAA, but Amin was able to secure a lower rate through Allegacy Federal Credit Union so I ran with them. He made the entire process very easy from beginning to end, a real pleasure. Didnt have that "Ive been slimed" feeling that Gastonia Nissan left me with after dealing with their sales staff, sales manager and their finance guy Jacques, ughhhh.

I have nothing but good things to say about the guys at CAI I was deployed overseas recently and contacted Amin about a 2014 370z nismo they had. He was open and honest about everything and worked with my brother who looked at the vehicle for me until I return to the states. Amin also held on to the vehicle for me for a month when Im sure he could have sold it to someone else easily. In the end after working out everything I have to say I am extremely happy with my experience with Amin and Brian at CAI! I have the vehicle I wanted at the price i wanted!

This was hands down, the best car buying experience Ive even had. After about 5 months of searching for the perfect car, all along the east coast, I finally found it on their website. I shot out a pretty bland email, just asking if they ship cars, and I got a great response from Amin. He gave me a fair price, and made everything as easy as could be. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle sight unseen but Amin humored my PPI, sent pictures, walked me through the steps, and overall made the process quick and easy. Thank you again!
