I would never bring my car back to this dealership for service, the worst service I have ever had. I purchased my vehicle about 4weeks ago from the dealership and when we 1st got the vehicle home I realized the key fob was not working called the next day they told us to bring vehicle in, my husband took it over the weekend and they said it was fixed, but when we drive it still beep and say key fob not in vehicle. So I was like no big deal whenever I get to go back to Savannah Ill call and make appt I live 45min-hour away. So I had to come to Savannah,I called a week in advanced to get an appt. which was Friday at 8:00. I dropped my car off before hours at 6:30. So I was running around all day and about 1:40 I called to ask if my car was ready, the guy said not yet and the guy wont be back until 2:30. At this point Im livid, because not only did I drop my car off, I had an appt. So I rush up there get there couple mins til 2, & im like whats going on? Why is my car not ready? He said ohh Im sorry your cars not ready and right here it says its not suppose to be ready until 3:00, Im like nobody told me that and I have an appt @4. So the guy asked me what I want to do Im like I guess I have to wait I got dropped off and I have an appt at 4. So Im waiting on the area the 3:00 rolls around, 3:10 rolls around, and 3:15 so at this point I just get up and asked them whats going on my car has been here all day? Ohhh its not ready I said you know what give my keys and the number to your manager. So on my way to my appt, I called the manager explained to him my problem. He was saying how sorry they were and they were short handed and he wanted to make it right etc.... and for me to bring the car back and I get a rental for how ever long it takes. This point Im leaving my appt on the south side to rush back by 5. Get there a couple mins before 4:30 and the sales guy calls enterprise and Im sitting waiting on enterprise over 30mins, I felt the manager shouldve had all that covered before I got there no he was no where to even handle me. So Im so fed up to the point Im ready to leave, but I tried to be patient but while waiting there all the employees were standing around talking and In my mind Im thinking, all these ppl on the clock and my car hasnt even been looked at today? Then one of the girls saw my car and made nasty comments about me, but she didnt know that was me sitting there and everybody else did so they started shhhh her. At that point Im done! I told the guy to hand me my keys and I left. The manager called me back 30 mins later asking what happened, I told him again he was apologetic and told me he would handle it. They came to my home and took my car and gave me a loaner. I get to the dealership today to pick it up, only one sells person I waited over 30 mins before another sells person came to help me not once did I see the manager or did he make his self known! To top all this off I get my car and its filthy inside but even worse out! Where they fixed the gas tank black finger prints bird crap alll over my windshield after all I put up with from them I would at least think they would wash my car! No! Ive never had an issue like this at Nissan or Chatham pkway Toyota. I really wish I just never purchased my car here. So displeased and btw every time I was there it was also other ppl upset with the service for one reason or another. I would not advise anyone here! Good luck

So much friendlier & cleanlier than the other local autonation on abercorn. But when I made my appointment, the service person I spoke with while setting up my appointment knew I needed my car in & out to make it to the airport. I arrive prior to my appointment; first the appointment wasnt even made was told, then they had to find who the person was to see where my appointment was at or even put in the system. After finding it, was told I was the next to have my car checked and quickly have the computer hooked up, if it was a major problem they would give me a rental. Waiting for over an hour, saw them go hook up some mans truck with the computer. I wasted a hour & a half watching my car sit & bake in the heat waiting for a quick wire check. That hour & a half I could have put gas in the car, throw my travel bags in my car, see my spouse before I leave for a see you soon, and been already on the road. But instead it took me 45 minutes to get to the gas station & 20 to get home to do what I needed. Thank you for getting me an appointment so quick, but I also made the appointment & showed prior before so I was literally in at the time my appointment was made. Thank you for letting me miss my mothers arrival flight which might I add I havent seen my mother, my bestfriend, for over 2 years. My apologies for wasting your time to get my car checked out because its pulling me to the left. Ended up obviously not dying but I was actually near getting pulled into a truck. I thought this was going to make my experience with autonation fine for me for once, but instead I still want rid of this Chrysler 200 & will never own another vehicle from autonation nor recommend. But Dan Vaden I of course will, make sure you see Joe A. though, he will make sure you are happy when you leave.

Buyer Beware..... Vehicles are terribly misrepresented and This place does not care about anything but money Customer Service is the LAST thing these people care about.. Again WARNING WARNING WARNING... You better be smart when dealing with these jokers or you will get taken like I have... It is also super funny how this place has so many 4 and 5 star reviews and then upon reviewing them I see that over half of them are there own employees!! Now that stuff is funny right there.... Dec 17, 2016 So I take my Vehicle in for one of the Complimentary 4 free oil changes and they say your at 5000 miles you need to do a tire rotation... I say ok how much is that they say 59.00 I say Really why so much... Because its a dually they say..... We have to break down 2 of your tires to rotate them... I say go ahead and by the way I would like to pay the difference and have Synthetic oil instead of regular oil she states ok that will cost you an addtional 60.00 I say I dont care just do it........ I look out and see my truck is done they call me in to pay for the damages and I see a 125.00 bill.. Im thinking ok its business truck gotta do it.. I get out to my truck and see the LONG EXTENSION VALVE STEMS on my front tires.. and missing purchased valve caps that I bought for the truck... I go in talk to the lady who helped me and she called the service manager out and he says oh well what do you want me to do about it... I laughed and stated are you serious how about doing your job with a little bit of pride... I know you did not break down any tires because the valve stems are still on there he says we they were supposed to.... Im telling you people you have to watch these people every single time... Lazy and uncaring...
