Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased A LOT of cars. After being involved in a pretty serious accident one of the last things I needed to stress over was which vehicle to purchase. After 3 weeks of serious searching and being unhappy about the process, the pushy sales people, and the amount of time it had been consuming; I contacted Enterprise Car Sales for a test drive if the vehicle I "thought" I had narrowed down to "the one." Joshua called to speak with me and addressed my concerns and assured me there was another vehicle I would be happier with. Sure enough as promised he e-mailed the information in a matter of hours and after researching the vehicle (although he had included more than enough info in the email) I called him to say I would be in for a test drive the next day. When I arrived I learned he had gotten up at 4 a.m. and driven to get the vehicle from Fayetteville, NC for me. He and the entire staff on Independence Blvd. made me feel welcomed and comfortable...all the way up to the area manager. (Im still kind of convinced he is a bit crazy...JK really not really). Long story short, I drove the vehicle, fell in love with it, and came back with a check from my bank a few days later to make the purchase...Joshua was dead on the money. Financing which usually is the worst part of car buying was equally as fun and entertaining. The finance guy whom we shall call "Mr. R" because I dont want to jack the spelling of his name up lol, was amazing. He made sure I understood every detail. I was taken care of in no time at all. I would recommend these guys to anyone over any place in the Charlotte Metro area and trust me Ive been almost everywhere in the last couple of months. During one of my many courtesy follow-up phone calls I told Joshua that Im going to need another vehicleand I will see him in a couple of months. That is the sign that you have done an awesome job...when a person who hates a car payment is willing to get another because the process didnt taint the result. Q

Fantastic Experience. Have rented with Enterprise over the years, clean, dependable, well kept. Rented a 5-door hatchback like the Hyundai I purchased. Great on gas, plenty of room, simple inside. Decided to purchase an exact mate to the one I rented from Enterprise. Did a lot of "web research" and most all Enterprise buyers were positive. My salesman, Darrius Sellers was the BEST. Bent over backwards to transfer the car from a different lot to Charlotte so I could look at it - no strings attached. I sat down and we hammered out numbers and with some money down, got a super monthly payment. Enterprise offers a purchase type extended warranty, but I passed. They give you their own warranty free for 1 year that covers all the main components - which was good enough for me. Darrius went out of his way to pick me up at work after hours and drive me to the Car Sales lot so that I could pick up my car. Great conversationalist if you ever get to talk with him! We finalized all the paperwork and off I drove. Now 3,700 miles on the car and not a hitch, very pleased. The purchase was a great value in savings as compared to buying new. VERY SATISFIED with the overall experience and the car. Would do it all over again. Make sure you ask for Darrius as he made it a real breeze and never pressured me like often done at new/used car dealerships.

I had a very great experience during my time at the Enterprise Car Sales. The staff was friendly and courteous. My salesman Darius Sellers took time to figure out what my needs as a car buyer were and then tailored his recommendations to those needs. I purchased a vehicle that was perfect for the needs of my family. My salesman really helped me hone in on the vehicle that was just right for me and the sales process was dare I say "effortless". My only complaint was a long wait time to sign my paperwork. Otherwise, the experience was pleasant from start to finish and I have thoroughly enjoyed my new car. The sales staff worked as a team and all I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Prior to shopping Enterprise Car Sales, I did not know that Enterprise sold cars, but my car was clean with very low miles. I could not find another car in my area priced comparably to the one I purchased. The price and terms were fair and well under what I saw from competing car lots. This auto sales lot is definitely worth checking out if you are in the market for a new/ like new car.

GOING CAR SHOPPING, ISNT EASY. HAVING YOUR CREDIT RAN, NOT KNOWING THE OUTCOME OR WHATS TO COME...... I LOVE ENTERPRISE CAR SALES! I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT WITH BAD CREDIT, I WAS ABLE TO LEAVE WITHIN JUST A COUPLE HOURS WITH MY BRAND NEW RED NICE TOYOTA COROLLA! MEGAN QUIRK LOCATED IN THE CHARLOTTE LOCATION, AND HER AMAZING TEAM WERE BEYOND HELPFUL! SO CARING, GREAT INTEREST RATE, AND REALLY FAIR MONTHLY PAYMENTS.; (CONSIDERING MY HORRIBLE CREDIT) WITH ONLY $500 DOLLARS DOWN PAYMENT, I LEFT. When I rented the car I told the agent that I only needed the rental from Wednesday -Friday, but I wasnt sure what time I would be back to return the rental. I was told that there was another Enterprise Rental store that I could drop off the vehicle and leave the keys. I was also told that I would not be charged for the whole weekend if I left it at the after hours rental building. I dropped the car off Saturday afternoon around 4:30 p.m. , and left the keys in the overnight box. A week later I get a bill e-mailed to me and I noticed that I was charged for the whole weekend. I called and spoke to the agent and was told that there was nothing they could do since the credit card was already charged. I am very disappointed in my service. I have rented from you many times throughout the years and never had an issue until now. I am not sure if I will use Enterprise for future rentals if this is how I will be treated.

Enterprise Car Sales makes purchasing a car so EASY and not stressful. We purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales recently. We bought numerous cars from Enterprise Car Sales having lived in St. Louis all our lives. When I needed to replace my car due to an accident and was set up to rent a car from Enterprise, I asked Briana if they sold cars. She sent my information to the Charlotte office and the next day Darrius contacted me. We went to Charlotte and Darrius and Megan went out of their way to assist us. They searched high and low for what I was looking for and found it. Darrius was busy and asked Megan to help us. He kept checking in on our progress all day. Megan is a true asset to Enterprise. Rashan was a pleasure to work with too. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. I would HIGHLY recommend Enterprise Car Sales in Charlotte next time anyone is looking for a car.!!
