Great people & outstanding services! This is my experience with Robert (owner). He gave us a tour of the facility showing us the highend appliances and answered all of our questions. After several visits, I was comfortable enough and took a gamble on purchasing Viking appliance. Unfortunately, the unit fail when we hooked it up at home. I was immediately concern with dealing with product warranty and refund. I purchased the unit on Saturday and had to wait until the following weekend, before I can go back to the store due to their hours and my work schedule. I was able to chat with the sale rep and exchange email during the week to get the issue resolved. Everybody I talked with were very professional and provided excellent customer service. I was able to exchange the unit the following weekend without any issue. When I took the unit back, Robert had the appliance technician checked out the unit and walked me through everything he was doing. Robert then came by to make sure were satisfied and gave my wife and I the options to keep the unit or take the refund. I was pleasantly surprise and did not expect the friendliness atmosphere when we returned the unit. My wife took the refund, which Robert wrote us a check. We spent another hour in the store and decided to purchase another highend appliance from Robert the same day. Everbody was very nice and helpful during this entire experience, which was about a year ago. My wife and I had such great experiences shopping here that I recommend all my friends and family members that look to remodel their kitchen with highend appliances. I choose to wait a year to see if the appliance hold up before I write this lenghty review. Hate to give a store great review and the product crap out a few weeks after purchase. Our appliance is still running strong after a year. Many thanks to Robert and his staff for outstanding services and for providing highend appliances at a very reasonable price.
