Please go somewhere else to buy your appliances. The salesmen here are slick, and you buy the stuff. Then the delivery company has to come twice to install your washing machine, because Pacific Sales didnt tell you that you needed a part, and the delivery truck "just used their last one". So you can waste TWO Saturdays waiting for the delivery. Then when your dishwasher breaks (under warranty), they outsource to Geek Squad, whose scheduling department will not make an appointment after 4 pm... so then you wait til Saturday, so they can see the problem, so they order you the part, then you have to make another Saturday appointment, but the scheduler in Kentucky says there is none available, so then you end up more weeks without a working dishwasher. And when you phone Pacific Sales for some help navigating this crap, you get the run around and they tell YOU about all the people that YOU need to phone to get it fixed. Here is the saving grace: the individual technician from Geek Squad gave us his card so that we could make an appointment with him when the part came, (without going through Pacific Sales repair HQ in Kentucky), and he totally followed through. Choose a store with more reliable after-sale service.... not Pacific Sales.

I bought Under Cabinet Hood. During my conversation with the sales person Guiermo I asked him specifically if we need any additional parts (power cable to be exact) to install it. He said NO. Well, guess what? WRONG ANSWER!!! We do need to buy power cable to install it. We also need to buy Transition Plate and Rectangular Starting Collar. Well, he didnt say anything about these 2 optional items at all. When I called a week later to ask about it because we needed to install it, he said he never said that we didnt need power cable or anything else. He also said that transitional plate is usually provided by the installer and asked me if we want him to install the hood for additional $75-100. I just couldnt believe what I was hearing!!! He had a nerve to sell his business for 75-100 even though he previously told me that these parts can be bought at Home Depot for around $20. Bottom line: Dont go there. The sales people will never tell you the whole story. They only care to sell the item not to provide good and solid service.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. EVERYTHING WILL BREAK, AND IF YOU BUY THE WARRANTY, IT IS GARBAGE... THEY ATTEMPT TO AVOID COVERAGE FOR ANYTHING THAT BREAKS. ASKO DISHWASHER, BROKEN IN 2 YEARS, REPLACED WITH KITCHENAID DISHWASHER, DEAD IN 1 YEAR. I HAVE A WARRANTY ON KITCHENAID WHICH IS GARBAGE...THEY CONNECT YOU TO A RUDE 3RD PARTY WARRANTY COMPANY THAT ATTEMPTS TO AVOID COVERAGE. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, AND IF YOU DO, DO NOT BUY THE EXTRA WARRANTY TO MAKE THE SALESMAN EXTRA MONEY, BECAUSE IT DOES YOU NO GOOD!!! PACIFIC SALES SUCKS, IM GOING THERE NOW TO LET THEM AND THEIR MANAGEMENT KNOW JUST HOW MUCH THEY SUCK.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased a fridge from Pacific Sales. Customer Service is nonexistent. They blame their parent company their computers whatever and now theyve charged me for a 2nd fridge without picking up the damaged one and I dont know when the replacement will be delivered. Im supposed to sympathize with the sales persons dilemma of working with an inept company...give me a break. Would it be to much to ask for this nightmare to end?

This is the worst delivery service and customer service I have ever seen. We purchased our LG washer and dryer from this store a month ago and we are still waiting for it to be completely assembled. The first delivery guys would not install them, the second time they came they did not bring all the parts, third time one of the dryers was damaged. I would not purchase anything from this store again if it was the last place to go on earth!

I called and placed an order by phone. The salesman said he would give me the same price as an earlier order. When I got my charge card statement, they had charged me an extra $204.98. When I called 4 times, each time, I left a voice mail message and after a month, I have yet to hear from them. Now, disputing the overcharge with the credit card company. Avoid them and shop elsewhere if possible.

Lilly Singh is maybe the worst sales person every. I spent a large amount of money on high end faucets for a new home. Ive never experienced this type of service from any company in my life and I can confidently say Ill never ever use this company again.
