We had a very disappointing experience with Waadt. The communication and service was sub par. We went with a local store in the hopes we would receive better service than with a large chain. We knew it would cost more that home depot, but we were tired of lousy customer service. Our buying experience was good, but that was it. They never called back with updates on deliveries or the status of our order, even when the said they would. The delivery had to be scheduled and rescheduled several times, and even then they didnt show up on time or call. Evey time we had to call , and explain who we were and what we ordered to 3 different people before we got an answer. In short we went to Waadt for superior service and in the end it was worse than the crappy service of the major chains. I would neither recommend or use this store again.

Fantastic old-school customer service. Have had a couple of dealings with David who has been fantastic. The installers that came to put in my washer not only cleaned up the gunk behind but they were pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this company! My best friend recently purchased a washer from them as well and did everything over the phone and online ...she did not have to actually go to the store which was great for her because she lives on the opposite side of town. In the world of Best Buys, etc. this place stands out as a gem! I will never buy my appliances any other place.

Best service and installation we have had in years. Glad to see some old companies still in business.. Would recommend to all and buy again from them. Sales staff great and service installation man was excellent and thorough on each item. Was a long way away but worth the drive had everything we needed....Prices were very competitive also..

We have experienced exceptional service from Waadt Appliance. We appreciate that they are local, have been in business a long time and are family run; we value the level of care and knowledge received. Such service is rare in this current era of "big-box" stores. We do not have a need to look elsewhere for appliances.

I didnt want to patronize a large corporation, but I didnt know where else to go. A friend recommended Waadt, and so I took a chance. They were FANTASTIC. Very knowledgeable, professional, warm, friendly, and a price that was comparable to what I would have paid anywhere. Thank you Waadt!

They were able to install my dishwasher with my hardwired electrical system. The people are experts when it comes to installation. They also know their produ cts and have fair prices. I have used them more chance one and it has always been a better experience than the big box stores

These guys are the best! I had to replace an oven and they were so knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to complete the sale over the phone and have it installed the same week. They showed up on time and were quick and courteous. I will definitely buy from them again.
