If you want the absolute worst customer service on the planet please call and ask for Elizabeth. I called to get my dryer repaired for the 2nd time in the past couple of months. This woman was extremely rude from the beginning. I asked if Danielle was there and she said NO! I asked if she could help me. She said NO! After I tried to explain I needed repairs she then put me on hold, found my order and came back with the same crappy attitude. Someone clearly pissed in her cereal. I could tell she was having a bad day so I took a breath and tried again to explain I just wanted to setup a repair time. She didnt have the previous repairs in her notes. I simply said the notes must be incorrect as we did have the dryer repaired. She then YELLED AT ME "OUR NOTES ARE NEVER INCORRECT!" I tried to say calmly that something was incorrect as I know the dryer was repaired. SHE KEPT YELLING! Then hung up on me. I tried to call back and each time she picked up the phone and hung it up again and again. I suppose this company is higher than God if she doesnt feel like they could have made a mistake. Maybe they did, maybe they didnt. Regardless of whos right or wrong... Im the customer trying to get service. We could have tried to figure out the issue but she wasnt having it. Such a disappointment!

My refrigerator was not working properly. The bottom shelves were frozen but the top was warm and the fan wasnt blowing. I called Westwood Appliance and was able to get an appointment the same day, as opposed to waiting over a week for Sears to come out. They gave me a five hour window in which the serviceman would arrive, never my favorite way to spend a day, but luckily he arrived very close to the beginning of the period so I didnt have to wait long at all. He diagnosed the problem quickly and, using his obvious experience and skill (I promise I dont work for them, the guy clearly knew what he was doing), he was able to fix my refrigerator in very little time. Of course having a major appliance repaired is never going to be cheap but I feel that I was charged an honest and fair amount and I believe they saved me some money compared to what I would have paid someone else. Now I can enjoy the rest of my day and maybe even purchase some perishable goods! Thanks.

I had a single burner that was not working on my Range and they told me they would come out with the part and fix it the same day. The call was $80 for the trip but they said they would take that off the top of the bill. When the guy showed up he said he didnt have the part, he gave me an order # to order the part, weeks later when it came in, he came by and said he ordered the wrong part and I was to return it and order another part which he thought might fix the problem but he didnt know for sure. I tried to return the part but the company refused to take it back and I lost hundreds of dollars on a part I had to throw away. I decided not to ever have Westwood Appliance come back again and they still charged me the $80.

Had to stop by and say thanks for the great job you did repairing my refrigerator. I couldnt figure out why it wasnt cooling properly and was tired of my groceries spoiling. After searching around, Westwood quoted me the best price with the fastest turnaround time. They were very accommodating in sending a technician to my home on short notice. He was very punctual, arriving exactly when he said he was and got started right away. He replaced a few parts and now my fridge functions as if it was brand new! Tremendous value for such and affordable price.

Sounds to me like the last reviewer didnt hire this company. As I understand it, the "many names" (both of them, the company operates as Westwood Appliance) he mentions are a result of a partnership formed years ago, and web listings based on old phone company listings databases. I liked them and loved the work they did for me. I had my off-brand Chinese non-vented combination washer & dryer fixed by them two or three times before its warranty ran out, and it never cost me a nickel.

I went in to buy an ignitor for my stove.... The owner came out and helped me and gave me a discount on the item for no reason at all. They were all very nice and they gave me very good instruction for replacing the part myself (easy by the way) If you need help with your appliances go here, they are honest and kind Thank you david M

I have used Wilson Bros for many many years-- Danny Wilson owned for over 50 years and he was a great man who could service any appliance--- family run operation and that is what I like to deal with-- still in the family and it is nice to give my business to a company who wont rip you off--

After hiring another company that totally ripped me off and didnt repair my washer I called Westwood Appliance. Not only did they fix the problem, the told me part of the repair was covered under warranty. I had no idea I had any warranty left on my machine. Thanks guys!
