We ordered our appliances over a month ago. They called to let us know that they had our appliances so we scheduled a delivery. They delivered our appliances except for one piece. I had to call to find out why I didnt receive my gastop. I called and they said they would call me back. They never called back. I called again and Wil left for the day. I had to speak to Rose and she said it might come the next day or the day after. That it was in inventory but someone (sales person) must of took it for another sale. Wow. It was great to know that the appliances that I BOUGHT, that was purchased already, was sold to someone else. Plus, before when we were finalizing our invoice with them, they had the amounts all screwed up and tried to charge us more than we spoke of. We faxed back and forth 5 or 6 times to get the correct number!! I shouldve took this as a sign! We only went with them because our designer suggested them. This company may look nice and ligit, but once you give them your money, beware. I wish I didnt have to share or have this horrible experience, but if it saves other people hassles, its worth it.

best place to buy kitchen stuff in town--i am a builder and used to buy from pac sales for 10+ years. that was until i ran into the people at bay cities--not only is their service and follow through a 100 times better, but they are friendly, professional and really know everything there is to know about plumbing appliances and cabinets! their prices were unbeatable, they are local and have beautiful showrooms with a variety of great appliances and cabinets on display and i will never go anywhere else to buy kitchen related items! anytime i have service problems they take care of them for me and they even go as far as to fill out my rebate forms to make sure I get my $ and call to see how my kitchen is doing! I love Bay Cities and would even drive an hour down to see them and do business with them if i had to...thank god when i am busy i still can wrap up all my deals over the phone and via email!

I love the new showroom. Its gorgeous! I just bought a miele dishwasher, subzero fridge and wolf range. I shopped around and their prices were the best. Their service and follow through were great. I wish I could have waited until this new showroom was finished before I bought my stuff!
