Bought a washer and dryer combo from Pacific Sales. Had great service from the sales man Steve. He was confident, immensly knowledgeable about the products we were looking to purchase and understood our wash room setup situation. AND GOT ME A DEAL! Five stars for this guy! Where this experience fell short was the delivery and installation. Delivery windows for ANYTHING are 5-6 hours even after getting the automated delivery time phone call, it was always 5-6 hours. During the first delivery they did not have the correct stacking kit for the washer and dryer.... so they left the products in the washroom uninstalled. When I tried to reschedule the next delivery and installation they could not confirm exact delivery times and could not tell me if the delivery can be specified in the morning before my work schedule or after. Horrible work process in my opinion. Fast forward a week to the weekend where I can wait for the 5 hour delivery window, they delivered my stacking kit but the installation was not listed on the work order... The personnel was willing to help me but apparently my exhaust vent tube for the dryer was too short and there was nothing he could do. So in the end, I bought my own exhaust tube and stacked them myself. If it wasnt for the delivery and installation experience, this would have been a 5 star rating.

I agree with all the other reviews here, DONT BUY FROM HERE. We ordered a fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher for our new office, from Michael at this store. The dishwasher was backordered for six weeks, but the fridge and the microwave were due to arrive first and at the same time. The fridge came, but the microwave didnt. I called their office and they told me that the microwave was also backordered (which they never told me to begin with) so I just canceled it. They told me that they did have a dishwasher in stock after all and that it would be delivered the next day between 7 and 11 AM. Guess who waited at the office starting at 7am and the dishwasher never game? Oh, that was me. When we called them later, they told me that they had called and talked to someone at my office, saying the dishwasher wasnt coming (which they didnt) and that there were none in stock and that it was backordered after all. Oh, and they have no record of me canceling the order for the microwave. The worst part about all of this was the TONE that Michael used when talking to us. He just didnt care. He didnt care if we got our products, he didnt care if we were satisfied, he didnt care that they were continually screwing up our order. Im upset that I ever gave them business. What kind of customer service is that?

Our biggest mistake was walking through the door to Pacific Sales. We gave our exact measurements for our refrigerator space and were up-sold for a refrigerator that we were guaranteed would fit the space. Low and behold, when it was delivered it didnt fit and the delivery team would not hook up the refrigerator as was promised to us by our sales guy. We had to send it back and were left with considerable damage to our walls and wood stairs. Pacific Sales set us up with a new refrigerator BUT, the freezer wasnt latching. Two repair guys later we find out that because freezer doors are back ordered we need yet another new refrigerator. The best part is that were having to fight with their insurance for the damage to our walls and stairs and fight for compensation for this whole matter because to them, this is just part of the ride. The manager Jon at Pacific Sales is hardly sympathetic nor apologetic. Jon tends to twist the situation as if its your fault and is rather condescending. Three refrigerators later we were compensated by insurance for some of the damage, not all, and not for any of our time or loss (ie. over $200 in food including our wedding cake). Considering they are not the only company that sells appliances, i would take my business elsewhere!

Pacific Sales is an awesome store and Ive been a loyal customer for a long time. However, the last sale went badly and I want others to learn from my experience: IF YOU TRY TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY TIME, YOU COULD LOSE YOUR PLACE IN LINE! And if you lose your place in line, you might have to wait weeks for them to make it right. Heres how: the evening before the delivery date, you the customer will receive a robo call advising you of the 4-hour delivery window. You will also be given an number to call if you need to change it. If you change it, the appliance comes off the truck and automatically the stores inventory system marks it as in stock. This is not a problem if youve bought something they have a ton of in the warehouse. If you order the last of something, or something in an unusual color (that youve hunted weeks to find), it can be snatched up and sent to another customer before its reloaded to your truck. This happened to me. My appliance was taken off the truck and immediately somebody else grabbed it to fill another order. I will definitely give Pacific Sales another chance but I will never try to change a delivery date even though they say youre allowed to.

Before coming to Pacific Sales, we bought a Perlick fridge from Friedmans. Friedmans would not take responsibility for the lemon they sold us. (Even after it was leaking all over my floor.) Finally after many phone calls, e-mails, and yelling Perlick finally took it back. To this day Friedmans has yet to refund my $2,700. Will never shop there again. We then tried Pacific Sales and had a great experience. Fernando took care of us and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient. Couldn’t be happier. We purchased a Sub Zero fridge and it was delivered quickly. We later realized it wasn’t quite what we ordered. He took care of it immediately with no hassles. We were impressed, so we then purchased a Bosch double oven. It had a problem a week later...the control panel would randomly turn on. Again, Fernando took care of it and literally the next day they installed a new one. It is perfect and I love love my new oven. :) From the beginning he said that he wants his customers to be happy and I am more than happy!

We are on our second Viking range, after 6 months PS agreed to replace and today we got the new one. First the old/new one, was a lemon from the start. They finial agreed after dozens of rounds of talking to everyone I could at the company, they replaced it. We had problems: They attempted and were not able to fixed, with the ignition, it would stay on, minute or more sometimes and start again for no reason; Also you could not level the cooking surface, grates, they said it they were warped? We the new one came today, and guess what, all the burners, grills are un-even?! I had an inexpensive GE, that was much better for cooking on, as your eggs did not side to one side or eveything did not get all the oil on one side and the other non... This is unbelievable for the money they get for these units!!! I would not recommend Viking to ANYONE. Save your money, I fill like a fool, just I am. What do they say about a fool and his money?
