I bought a brand new (not on sale) washer and dryer from them. At 18 months the dryer stopped working, so I called the store where I bought them as well as the extended warranty. They told me I had to talk with the XW company. Without looking they ordered the parts and said they would let me know when they arrive. 5 days down and I called and was informed that they only talked to me 2 business days ago and they hope to have the parts by the end of the week. I paid good money for the dryer and the warranty and I am now 5 days down with "hopefully by the end of the week" as an ETA. Sears would have had the dryer fixed by now.

Went to Howards when our refrigerator went out and needed something quick. We found what we wanted and they delivered next day however it was too deep to go through kitchen opening so they took it back to warehouse and we went right back to the store. Explained the problem and found another one that would work. It was too late in the day to schedule for next day which was ok. No hassle to exchange. Their extended warranty is so much better than some places. They dont pressure you at all. I will definitely go back when I need other appliances. They also sell beds. Thank you for a hassle free experience.

We first went to Howards late at night and close to closing time. Craig was very helpful and enthusiastic even though it was near closing. We returned to Howards today and worked with Craig again. He was so helpful and we made our purchases fully informed. Later in the day Craig called and told us the more expensive and better dishwasher we had looked at had a rebate that would be the same price as the less expensive dishwasher we had purchased. Craig went the extra mile to let us know. It is something the big box stores would not have done.

I bought a refrigerator from them at the long beach location. I should have learned my lesson the first time around. Its the second refrigerator I buy from here with warrenty and they never want to come out and fix it. The ice makers makes too much ice and the humidity damages all the fruits and vegatables. And not to mention that they come out and find no problem with the refrigerator. Customer service never returns the calls. I would not recommend howards to anyone.

Craig the salesman in your Long Beach store is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Howards is very lucky to have Craig on their sales team. I purchased 5 LG appliances ,Craig knew all the measurements and all of important factors with each one of them. Our family have been going to Howards for as long as I can remember, and Craig has always been our salesman. And we will continue to go to Howards because Craig.

Customer service in the store from Miguel was great! He was knowledgable and friendly. I went for a fridge but was also thinking mattresses and thanks to the service and deals I got I ended up with a fridge and 2 mattresses. Delivery was a little early and I was notified in plenty of time. The movers were efficient and funny. Thank you!!! I just wish serta still gave sheep with their mattresses!

I went in with a cashiers check and they said they couldnt take it so I went back to the bank and got cash. I had ordered a queen mattress set and they delivered to me a queen box and a full mattress. Terrible service here. When they get your delivery wrong they dont even want to send the right dilivery the same day, you have to wait another day. Very terrible service. Will never shop here again.

Bought my new washer and dryer from Ben. He was knowledgeable, professional, and had me set up for a next day install. I was relieved to find knowledgeable competent sales people who put in the effort to find the right fit for my budget and useage. By 3pm the next day the units were installed. I had wasted time at Lowes and Best Buy listening to excuses on why they dont know their product.
