Sunland Used Appliances is a family owned business which has been in Sunland for many years. I only found out about them last year. I had gotten an outrageous quote from another company to repair my dryer and wanted a second opinion. Treat (the grandson who came to look at the dryer) gave me a repair quote substantially lower than the first company but went on to tell me they had a refurbished model of the same dryer in their shop and it would be slightly less to just replace it. I loved my old dryer and did not want a new one so I went to take a look. Within the hour for under $120.00 I had a replacement dryer delivered and ready to go. I just had my washing machine break and flood my laundry room and a work space (yikes!). I called Sunland Used Appliance and spoke to the grandfather who said he could come around 3:00. Treat called me back at 12:20 (about 20 minutes after I initially called) and said he had just gotten in and was able to come now if that worked for me. Half an hour later the problem was repaired. This is a good family business.

These guys are the best! Totally honest, fair prices for repairs and they do not try to sell you something you do not need. They also sell appliances and just sold me a used stove for a great price and I am totally thrilled since the one that came with my house was really old and did not work that well. The new stove has features that my old one did not have and they picked up my old stove and installed the new one at no extra charge!
