No management skills here at all...poor employee support and worse of all they do absolutely nothing for the community, all the donations people give dont go to help out families in need. Goodwill uses the non for profit excuse so that they never have to give employees raises or treat them well. These goodwill employees are mistreated and forced to work like slaves and they do so cause they have families and bills and know the economy is hard. Shame Shame on this particular Las Cruces Goodwill for claiming non profit knowing the $$$ they are making isnt going into the hands of the community but into the hands of the people who sit behind a desk. Am I wrong...prove it. Tell us Las Crucens what you have done for the Las Cruces community and dont say jobs because everybody who needs to sell stuff needs employees. Its just a shame that you guys take advantage of yours. Who leaves only 2 people behind to clean and close after a 50% off everything in the store as in tonights sell and then a new manager at that. I hope the real corporate gets to read this. This Las Cruces goodwill is becoming a disappointment everyday. No wonder why some employees quit the next day...

The employees are rude, on the phone and in person. The store is trashed, filled with broken things for sale and its a disaster to try and get help from anyone. Once I bought a jacket there and the lady working told me it hadnt been washed, I asked her what would happen if I had gotten scabies or bed bugs . She hardly had a response for me. I give it three stars because I enjoy going there for books, cheap pretty things and snowglobes.

Rude employees! Like super rude!! I had one practically push me out of the way to hang something up then she turned around and took it off to move it 3 aisles down. Another, which in this case was the one who checked us out, was walking behind the counter and I presume I was in her way because she stepped on my foot and couldnt even say excuse me or sorry. So dissapointed this used to be a nice place.

Sooo expensive!! im in shock at the prices here!! They had brand new boots from target that show target price at 15 dollars they put thier price at $30!!! Ridiculous!! Never going there again!
