I am a frequent shopper of thrift stores and have been to most Goodwill locations in Tucson. This is the worst location in town. Shelves are cluttered and disorganized. Floor is dirty and no one seems to be fixing these issues. Staff is friendly enough, but the manager is pompous, arrogant and rude (middle aged woman with light hair). She talked down to me when asked about a price that seemed wrong and basically said she has much more expensive items at her home and I should be happy because she has spent so much money on all of her fancy things. Very rude and conceited. Not helpful or responsive to complaints. Managers here need to work on customer service skills and staff needs to work on the shelf organization and cleanliness.

This good will is not very large. Main seller is obviously clothing. Prices arent that great for used stuff. Will still go there because the staff is genuinely nice and helpful. Needs a larger electronics department.

You really have to dig for bargans. Also be sure to check everything for stains, rips, misprints, missing buttons, chips, broken parts ect. If you spend the time looking you may find something.

I love this place . It is a smaller good will , lots of cloths but other good stuff too.
