Yesterday my boyfriend was treated with such disrespect and disregard Ill never shop at this location or donated to this location again. I purchased an oven and when preparing to load it into our vehicle, my boyfriend took a sink out and placed it to the side to make room for the oven. When done loading the stove he was going to put it back into our vehicle. An emoloyee watched my boyfriend do this and heard him. Another employee, Reid, came out to throw something in the dumpster. Reid proceeded to then see the sink and pick it up. My boyfriend approached him and told Reid that it was his personal property that he set aside to get our newly purchased stove into our vehicle. Reid laughed at my boyfriend and continued to walk towards the dumpster all the while my boyfriend is continuing to tell him its his personal property and he wanted it. Reid continue to laugh and ignored my boyfriend and threw the sink into the dumpster. When my boyfriend asked why he threw it in the dumpster and ignored his words. Reid smiled at him and sarcastically said sorry. The other emoloyee who saw my boyfriend put the sink to side acted like he didnt see or hear anything. Everything was caught on cameras and we have witnesses. Goodwill offered store credit and that was it. Store credit wont replace the sink and the amount the sink cost us. I am very disappointed in this location. Ive always been treated with respect at this location, till now. I can not believe Goodwill would allow such people to represent them. Sorry to say this location lost a valued customer who spoke highly of them and always recommended this location. Never, never, never again :-(

Crazy little Mexican woman manager running around with a fake smile. The other managers and workers seem chill. I have seen workers turn around and fastwalk away when they see the manager coming. If you dont like something in the store ask for Anna, she is truly insane. Prices are okay. Selection is great. Manager is batshit crazy :)

Quality/quantity of merchandise has gone down quite a ways in the past year or so. Prices have risen, so go figure. Typical rude or disengaged staff. Few reasons to even stop in anymore.

Big store, lots of stuff, including electronics, housewares, and even a couple of overpriced old vintage cameras (what I look for).

Easy to drop stuff off, but some of the employees dont really seem like they want to work there. Huge store on the inside.

There was hardly any selection and had outrageous prices for a thrift store. I found a sweater priced at $38 dollars used.

Lots of stuff, staff us decent, but management isnt great. Just walking into the store feels very chaotic.
