My family is moving so were cleaning out a lot of stuff. Things that we dont want or use have been going in the donation pile. I stopped by on Monday with a laundry basket full of things from the kitchen including ceramic canisters, wooden decor, cups, etc. The young man who helped me when I got there complained of how busy they were since it was Labor Day. I told him I wanted my basket back which wasnt a problem when I was there a few days before. He told me that I could buy one inside for $1.50. I laughed & told him that I already own that one. He took it inside & dumped it upside down into one of their bins. I heard lots of things break. He then handed me back my basket & turned his back on me. I was so shocked that I didnt know what to say so I left. Ive gone to the trouble to sort out things that are nice enough to resell & he broke them in front of me. Ive been upset about it all week. Some of those things were wedding gifts. Even if they dont use the things I give them, they shouldnt break it or throw it away right in front of me. There were others working in the back & no one found this at all weird so I assume this is a common practice. I will not return to this location for donating. I am going to go back to talk to a supervisor about my experience.

They just upped their prices again. A good polo is $10 when it was $4.99 a few months ago. Everything is getting overpriced at goodwill. They are forgetting that all of the stuff is donated and should be priced to help people not make as much money off of free stuff. And also ask for more money for donations at check out when everything that you lay is 100% profit because all the stuff they get is free.

I always find something awesome at this location, its a good one. The only problem is the employees told us that they lock the fitting rooms at least an hour before closing time for "cleaning", as in no one is allowed to use them. Thats ridiculous. I pointed out that no one was cleaning them and all they said was they dont decide the times. We should be able to use a fitting room during open hours!!

This Goodwill is huge & has the best stuff. Name brands, clean , good condition stuff. But staff is rude & thinks everyone is stealing. Will literally follow you, talk about you loud enough for you to hear, and make you uncomfortable enough to leave. No one is stealing your dirty socks guys

Went on half price Saturday to look for a washing machine. They didnt have any left, but they did have a good selection of other household items and lots of clothing. Service was friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice experience.

Very clean, well staffed and well organized for a thrift store. Plenty of clothing. Great place to pick up low to mid range stereo sets. Usually pretty well picked over for resellable electronics or camera equipment.

I tend to see more crap than good. Higher prices, and rarely anything rare. 299.99 for a couch with stains? I have seen 999.99 price tags on donated stuff?OK Over all clean and the employees are nice and courteous.

Its Goodwill, so I give some lienancy. But Dang, this one is terrible. Everyone looked liked zombies. Stuff was thrown around. I didnt even want to touch anything in there. I left and Germ Xed my hands ASAP.

As far as Good Wills go, this one is actually pretty clean, probably because its in a little newer part of town. Staff is about as friendly as a Good Will staff is gonna be- Never had any real issues though.

Nice store but clothing is just hung on racks. Is it that hard to get separator to divide XL and XXL shirts so I dont have to search entire rack only to find the shirt that I like but in the wrong size?

This is the closest donation center to give our clothing and old equipment that I dont need anymore. Easy access for cars to drive thru and drop off the donation. And dont forget to ask for receipt.

This is always a fun location to check out. If you need furniture, they seem to get quality furniture in. Their prices are usually pretty reasonable for 2nd hand.
