I bought my 3rd appliance from them less than 60 days ago with a 90 day warranty. The guy that delivered and installed it ran it through an entire wash cycle to ensure no leaks or problems. I thought it was going to be great just like the other appliances. Turns out the washing machine had a slow leak coming from somewhere that I found when my linoleum puddle from the center of the mud room. My mom and I looked for obvious issues. The only place we felt water was from the back of the machine where the tube connect to the machine. I called the owner immediately and was told not to worry they stand by their work. The next day the delivery guy showed up pulled the machine apart and said "the water pump went out". He took the machine into my garage, pulled the pump and tested it with my water hose. And said yea its bad. He was going to change it right there but I mentioned the water leakage from the back and decided to take it to the shop. In the meantime my linoleum had to be pulled from under the washer and dryer , my baseboards had to be pulled so we could dry the subfloor. The guy took pictures, I took pictures and he was off. The owner caked back and said not to worry they will repair the floor. He asked when a good time would be and he said hell call me back once he locates someone to fix it. 5 days later he calls to tell me they cant find anything wrong with the machine. He wont even let me get out a sentence hes just yelling and talking over me. He tried to tell me it must have been my drain . My wall was not wet. That was not the issue. He then says well u must have over loaded the machine. All the while Im trying to get out a sentence and he wont let me talk. Finally I get out enough to argue that that was not the case. He then says fine Ill fix the floor. He then asks his delivery guy if he knows how to lay linoleum and tells me since I did the floor originally this is how it will be. I was so upset when I hung up the phone I called my mom and asked her to deal with this guy. She called him back and he starts yelling at her. We asked for our money back and when my mom went to pick it up he told us we are awful people. I will never buy from him again. If he had just been nice about it from the beginning I could have worked something out. He was rude, hes a liar, and hes really mean. Go somewhere else!

I can’t believe the lack of customer service at this place. On two separate days I took time off work to be there for them to fix a refrigerator covered under their “90 day in home warranty”. Both times the repair person didn’t show up. The first time they “dropped the ball” (their words) and didn’t put the appointment on the schedule and the second time, after waiting over an hour, they didn’t know where the repair person was or when they would arrive. The person on the phone is rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me. I won’t ever deal with them again, unless it’s in small claims to get my money back from hiring someone else to fix it because they failed to fulfill their commitment or warranty. Don’t waste your money here!

The old guy behind the counter is rude and a liar. I bought a part in to replace, but because it was going to take him some time he said I would have to wait. So he proceeded to help the next guy in line. Which was appalling enough. Then the phone rings multiple times which he takes, all the time Im standing there. I finally had enough and said I will go elsewhere when he says he had been looking for the part the whole time. LIE. I was standing right there, he was too busy helping other people and I could see his monitor. Anyway I will NEVER use them AGAIN and make a point of telling everyone else I can about their POOR Service.

Started conducting business with Paul, absolutely impressed at his business tactics and strategies. Totally customer oriented. Definitely NOT profit driven. Customer service lies at the foundation of this business. This kind of relationship to consumers should be mainstream in our society. Frank, Paul, Tom are EXTREMELY experienced experts and specialists in appliance repair. I wish every business in our country would operated by basic customer service driven principles that will spread any business like wildfire with no required advertisement

Had a phone conversation with a gentleman about my relatively new Refrigerator, (hate electronics). He was so helpful and told me how to check the relay switch on the compressor and how to tell if it was bad. This way I could save a service call and narrow it down to something very expensive to repair such as the motherboard. This is someone I know I could trust to NOT be unscrupulous and would do what is right. I would use them any time for repairs or service. Wish they had a newer appliances for sale.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had a front load washing machine that another repairman couldnt fix. I was within a couple of hours of purchasing a new unit when I decided to haul my old unit to 5 Corners Appliance. After working on my machine for what Im sure was about an hour, they diagnosed a loose connection and sent me on my way-no charge! It works perfectly. WOW! How often does that happen these days? Highly recommended.

So I am a youtube fixer... zero idea what things are called and how to really explain anything. I came in with my heating element from a Samsung dryer and the gentleman at the front knew exactly what i need and saw that I had broken a bracket and gave me that piece also! When I was checking out he knocked 10 dollars off the bill because I was polite and nice... Just a great experience... My dryer is now working and I did it!!!

5 Corners Appliance has been here for many years and continues to offer repair services and answer repair questions for customers as well as selling repair parts. In addition, they sell used appliances with delivery optional. They do get busy on the phone and in-person customers , so dont expect Speedy service all the time, but if youre patient you will get served with the best they have to offer.
