Called them out to trouble shoot my front loader. The tech took apart my washer and ran "all the tests there are" according to the service guy. Not only were they unable to diagnose my washer, but caused further damage to the appliance and did not even notify me that they did. It was not until I got a second opinion from a different service repair company that it was uncovered. The damage was a torn cable wire off on the main circuit board. When they left my home, they did not charge me for a service call. The price for the service call would have been far less than the cost to fix the damage they caused. When I called in my complaint, the reply I received was, "How do you know that that was the not the problem with the machine in the first place?" "Do you have receipt showing that we were out there?" The service guy waived the service call fee because they were unable to solve my issue, so no receipt was given. I have been using AAA Appliance for the past 7 years, and with each visit have been 100% satisfied. The company cares for their customers and always comes to my rescue~ whether it be repairing my dishwasher, washer, and/or dryer. They take the time to explain and educate in detail what is happening, different options of repair, and how to avoid any mishaps in the future. They have always been willing to patiently work around my schedule. I am greeted professionally and they treat my family with the utmost respect (including my crazy 5 month old puppy). I am always happy to give business to family owned companies, and this is one of the best. I highly recommend AAA Appliance to all of my friends/family and they have always been pleased. Wish there were more companies like this one!

Unbelievable! This place is a total scam!!! "Iceman" came out to fix my Amana side-by-side refrigerator, charged us 339$ for a part and labor then said to give it 48 hours. Of course after 48 hours it was still not cooling enough. We spent 6 days playing phone tag and when he finally did get back to us, he claimed we had "other issues" and he did fix what he came out to fix. Very shady and vague. Originally he claimed he would charge only the service fee for coming out if he couldnt get it to work! Now we have to buy a new fridge and were out the money we paid him to "fix" it! (Oh BTW, he supposedly is the owner, so good luck trying to get anyone else to help! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

This company came to my home to repair a broken washer and dryer. They took the time to show me what was broken, what was needed to fix them, and in the end recommended not fixing them and buying new ones. Since I am on a budget I asked them the best washer and dryer for the money and, even though they sell washers and dryers, he recommended a brand they do not sell. I was very impressed with their honesty and their not fixing something that they felt would only break again (wasting my money) and recommending something within my budget. I would very much recommend them!!!

BUYER BEWARE...READ FIRST. I am here to help protect you from what I had to go through. I ordered (and paid for) the part over the phone. After receiving the part from one of their partner company (Reliable Appliance), I tried to install it. It was the wrong part. I brought it back to AAA Appliance and they told me that they did not have the correct part. I was not able to get a refund because I paid and received the part. NO REFUND EVEN THOUGH THEY GAVE ME AN INCORRECT PART. I hope this help you make your decision.

I made an appt for my refrigerator to be repaired. They scheduled it between 3-5. At 4 the person calls to tell me that he "doesnt feel like driving downtown and is too busy and why cant I just do it tommorow". After paying a babysitter so that I could be at the loft we rent, I was incredibly frustrated. When I told him that tommorrow wont work he just said "Well it really works better for me then". He was very rude. The main office was apologetic, but the technician was rude and just wasted my time and money.

I called AAA Appliance to schedule a service call for a range in one of my rentals saturday 5/21. The receptionist was very friendly and informed me a technician could be on site within the hour. They contacted the tenants to make the scheduling arrangements, the technician Alan had the parts stocked in his truck and the diagnosis and repair only took him 25 min. The range is working well and the entire process was a breeze. I plan to continue using AAA for all of my future appliance troubles.

The worst experience from any sort of contractor ever. Cory (sadly one of the owners) is aggressive, condescending, arrogant, and wont participate in a conversation. Maybe a bad day...but not excusable under any circumstances. Suffice it say, AAA Appliance is off my list FOREVER and I will make it a point of actively discouraging anybody from ever using them again. Reading other reviews it seems like as long as you get anybody BUT Cory "Ice Cube" you might be in luck. I wouldnt risk it!

Complete jerks! I called to get a replacement belt for my 80s model Maytag dishwasher. Every Maytag from 1970 to the mid-90s uses this exact same belt. I should be able to tell them I have a broken pump belt for an 80s model Maytag and they should know exactly what Im talking about, and even if they dont theres simply no excuse for the unbelievable attitude I got from their customer service rep. Go elsewhere, these people are terrible.

Called about a fridge not working. They came on time withing the two hour window. Guy had to defrost my freezer coils swap out two parts and that took about 1.5 hours. Cost was $430, tech left all stripped wire, zip tie ends and two inner screws that belong on the inside of the freezer. They fixed the problem, but I wont call back. Price is way to high for the amount of work that was done.

These folks are fast, professional, friendly, and they know what they are doing. I bought a fridge from appliance liquidators in dec 12 and its been a nightmare trying to get it running, until I called AAA. They had a guy out in less than 24 hours, who fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. Next time I have a problem with an appliance, I will call AAA Appliance.

AAA Appliance is wonderful! They installed a fridge and microwave at my home and did a very professional job. Cory helped us make a great decision on which brand to go with. They are very knowledgeable and get the job done right. This company also fixed our washing machine about a year ago and did an excellent job. No complaints what so ever. Highly recommend!

Id give them a - * if I could. They charged us 1250.00 to "restore" a Vintage Fridge. Their idea of "restoration" is a new door gasket (100.00), Vacuum out the bottom area and wedge a piece of an old fan belt to quiet the compressor vibration noise (that fell out shortly afterwards). Just a warning to prevent you to have "Restoration" work done by them.
