Recently, my wife lost the diamond out of her engagement ring. We originally got it in St. Thomas, VI over ten years ago. It weighed about one karat. Our homeowners said it wasnt covered by our policy, and since it was right after Christmas, our funds were limited. We decided to try Earth Treasures since I read some good reviews of it. I have to say we were impressed. We explained our dilemma to Pamela the sales rep. She was very sympathetic and reassured us that they could remedy the situation and still be within our price range. We picked out a ring from the estate jewelry, had the diamond transferred to my wifes setting with a new head, and picked it up within one week. And it was still in our budget range! Many thanks to Pamela and everyone there for their very professional and friendly assistance. Earth Treasures is our new jeweler!

The associates at Earth Treasures go out of their way to ensure their customers leave the doors happy with their purchase. Beth helped my fiancé with my engagement ring, but we soon formed a relationship with Jesse after getting my ring re-sized. Jesse helped me design my wedding band, and spent hours with us while we finalized our wedding bands purchase. I constantly rave about Earth Treasures, their beautiful selection of both womens and mens jewelry, and their outstanding service.

I had the most amazing experience with Earth Treasures! Ravenna was fantastic to work with! I didnt see anything i wanted until she showed me their estate pieces. She was able to add diamonds to the ring I picked out and it came out so beautiful youd never know the 4 extra diamonds were ever added! Everyone is incredibly trustworthy and friendly! I visited the store this Saturday to search for an engagement ring and could not have been happier with my experience. Deborah Ann who patiently assisted me for over 2 hours as I deliberated over multiple options could not have been more helpful. She took the time to learn about myself, my family and my girlfriend in order to pick out the best option. Her honesty, knowledge, fairness and personable approach made the experience very enjoyable and a huge reason why I would recommend the store to anyone. I ended up going home with a gorgeous engagement ring at a hard to beat price. 5 Stars!

The staff here is incredible! Jesse worked tirelessly with me to help create an awesome custom engagement ring within my budget. At no point did i feel like i was dealing with a sales person, just someone who was interested in helping me make the right purchase for me and my future fiance. This kind of purchase can be terribly overwhleming, just walking into this dense, bright store is a little intimidating, but the staff here are so easy going it makes the whole process a breeze! Im a customer for life and will recommend this place over and over again!

I had my grandmothers ring reset and it went from fossil to fabulous...the salesperson was extremely friendly and helpful, spending about 30 minutes with me helping me to design the ring. They also repaired some of my other jewelry free of charge. Wonderful experience.
