Stay away from this dealer, the worst purchasing experience that I ever had. liars, they dont listen to you. dont waste your time on them. I purchased two sea doo sparks on July 8, 2015. when I went to pick them up, both of them and the trailer had various bad details. the trailer was sold to me as new, but appeared to be used. it was dirty and rusted and had some lights missing, one of the jet skis stickers was damaged, never gave the fire extinguisher, SOS kit that does it comes with the units. After picked up, I left and when I got home, I realized that the trailer was put on wrong by the sales person, and could have caused a major accident. the wheel that holds up the trailer when not being towed was put on wrong. when we went to lift the wheel, it did not go all the way up. the sales person left it down and said it was all right. on the way home, it hit some bumps and nearly fell of. First ride time, I made a visual inspection before put it on the water and I saw an small scratch on the hull right side, after 2 hours riding I realized that one of the jet skis hull was defective , yes defective, approx. 5" cracked with only 2 hours used , I went to the dealer to make the claim they told me would try to process a warranty claim, I left the jet sky at this dealer and one week later call me back to tell me the claim was denied, I called BRP immediately (the manufacture) to talk with somebody about my case and I realized this dealer (Central Florida Powersport) never submit or opened any case because manufactures asked me about a case number that never was found, I called back this dealer right away to ask about this case number and they didnt have it, just told me to wait one hour and they supposed to call me back with this number but, they didnt, so; I called back and confirms that the case was opened 15 min ago, after one week they lied to me, I spend another week to get the same answer, I really dont know what they did and now I have doubts, what kinds of pictures they provide to the manufacture? They really submit the case correctly? I dont know but, know my Sea Doo spark is now at Southeast Marine in Orlando and the fight for me the warranty claim and the Hull will be covered by warranty, they notice there is not any impact outside the hull and just confirm the cracked is bigger inside de hull (around 12" length), this people from Central Florida Powersport wont take care about you after take your money, they dont care about the customers.

I recently had Central Florida Power Sports complete a recall notice on my Spyder. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Bronson and his knowledgeable staff in their service department. Despite the fact I had not been there in over a year, Chris Bronson and Charles Gehris recognized me and treated me like family. I appreciate this quality in people and will certainly return to this establishment due to their honesty, politeness, integrity and awesome attention to detail. My experience with this service center has always been positive, as Chris endeavors to treat you fairly, with dignity and respect. It is extremely difficult to find this level of work ethic in today’s business world Once again, Chris exceeded all of my expectations with this recent maintenance work and the outstanding build of a new 2015 Spyder that I recently purchased - I thank you Chris for a job well done! -------------------------------------------------------------------- I purchased a 2015 Can Am Spyder RT-S Special Series from Lane Adams and Charles Gehris. Lane was not pushy, extremely pleasant and Charles gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse. In fact, both were quite the gentlemen throughout the entire process. I have purchased many high quality bikes and cars in the past but seldom treated with this degree of dignity and respect during what can easily become a very uncomfortable experience. All of our friends, who own Spyders, would always recommend Central Florida Power Sports but we insisted on keeping our business in the local area - what a mistake that was! I have a couple of high-end two wheelers in the garage but certainly enjoy riding the new Spyder with the larger engine, upgraded six speed transmission and all of the awesome gadgets. I would like to thank Brian for his assistance during the initial negotiation he was very helpful. I wish to express a special thanks to Mansor for obtaining the terms we requested and making the final documentation a breeze. Chris Bronson and his service department installed our accessories on my bike and did it with a touch of class. I can’t stress enough how strongly I feel about the great customer service we received. Thanks again Charles, Lane, Chris, Mansor and Brian – God bless.

Ill start by saying of all the places i did research this store has the more excellent reviews and because of that i took my business there. Im fairly new with my motorcycle and the first thing i wanted for my bike is to have "PROFESSIONALS" look at it, i called and asked for a few services that i wanted done on my bike and the answer was "of course, bring it in, well have it ready for you today" knowing that this prices are not cheap if i want "PROFESSIONALS" to look at it, i took my bike in. Staff is friendly, place is clean, i went to have my brakes done, oil change, to check why my clutch was so stiff and my blinkers were not working for the left side. while he was walking around the bike he said well your blinker cable was disconnected i told him to please plug it in (that cost me $99, to plug a cable). Later the service writer discovered a recall. they kept my bike for 3 days for this type of work. I understand you are in business to make money but to rip people off is unethical. By the way, guys to do a job like this in your bike you are looking at $500 which im paying because they are "PROFESSIONALS", but when the guy told me "yeah we lubricated the clutch cable and it got a little better but it looks like its your clutch, you will have to do a clutch job and that will be higher than what you put in today" and i go home and i dont feel any difference in the cable i decided to risk it and find out myself. SURPRISE! i found out the cable was pinched by the slider the previous owner installed, not only that, that cable was NOT lubricated at all. I bought a new cable, installed it myself and i went to talk to the service writer and show him pictures of what i found, and his only answer was "sorry"...... He told me i shoulda brought the cable so he can show the tech.... FOR WHAT??!?!? I already did the job and my clutch is like butter! Im very disappointed with the way my bike was handled and my money was handled. I work very hard for my money to get a "sorry" as a response after you rip me off. I will make sure everybody around me never go there!!!

Look at my previous reviews, I dont bash places and rarely give them 1 stars reviews. Update: I spoke to the owner, Jason, about my experience and he was very nice. He told me he would give me a discount on any gear I purchased going forward. I went in the next day and bought a helmet, and was given a 5% discount. That night, the original sales guy called me and apologized for anything, and said I would get a discount of 10% on any gear for the inconvenience. After the call, I researched the helmet I bought for $204 and bought it brand new on Amazon for $156 with free shipping. My girlfriend returned the un-worn helmet the following day because I was at work, and said they hassled her about: 1) If I truly didnt wear it (still had the film over the visor) 2) Why she wouldnt want to buy another one 3) That she didnt have the same credit card (she did, same numbers, same account) Not only did I have a bad experience, but now my girlfriend has had a very similar one. I hate to write this update because the owner was really nice and helpful over the phone, and I have a feeling if Jason was behind the counter the transaction would have very differently. I understand making sure the helmet wasnt worn, but dont act annoyed and hassle someone who is just trying to return an item the day after a purchase. Original review: I recently received my endorsement at the Orange Osceola Safety Institute, and my instructor recommended checking out this place when I asked where I should go to purchase my first bike. I was helped out my Chris G, who wasnt didnt seem very friendly and was short when answering questions. I felt like he was bothered that I didnt have a good idea of what I wanted as I have very little experience with motorcycles. I left and went down the road to Kissimmee Motorsports. Even though I didnt drive off with a bike, Jamie was super nice and helpful, and will definitely be the place I go back to this week to purchase. This place has great reviews, so maybe it was a one off experience but still disappointing.
