I called them after going the Wolverine Harley Davidson to get a back tire replaced and balanced. Harley tried to charge me $400.00 for a new tire, new tube, balance (even though they told me I couldnt get it balanced because we did not leave to sprocket and rotor on the tire and it would make the tire balanced incorrect) and install. I immediately left and called Spartan who treated me with respect helped me out and did all off the above for under $200.00! Everyone was extremely friendly and so helpful that I will definitely be returning for any of my motorcycle needs! Thank you Spartan for your help, I cannot express my thanks enough!

i recently took my Harley to Spartan last week for a 25000 mile service I was promptly token care of by the service manager Camiel Dewolf. he went over my entire bike with me before doing any paper work, I didnt even notice how bad my brakes were but camiel assured me it would be taken care of . my bike was done 2 days later when I came to pick it up it looked brand new I did not know their policy is to was all bikes. during my pick up I had to go look at the new Indians the sales staff was fast to educate me on the new models and offered for me to take one out for a spin it was a pleasure to have my service done at Spartan cycle

The worst demo days Ive ever been to. Got there early for the 9am start to be told it doesnt start until 10. It was almost 10:30. Rode 2 bikes and at 12 they told my boyfriend he was "kicked off" the bike he chose to ride next because a first time rider walked up and wanted it. I talked with the General Manager who said we need to share! Wow I thought it was demo days to ride the different models. We got there early guess we should of just showed up and rode whatever a name was by? How rude! Ill buy my Indian one day but not from Spartan Cycle.

Had the fortunate opportunity to drop by this dealer this past Saturday. I had some major issues with my bike, the staff in the service dept are exceptional, They had 1 hour to go before closing, got me on the road and stayed past the closing time, even though it was a long weekend. The mechanic they have is priceless, he is very old school knowledgeable. Not many of these guys left. Highly recommend this dealership.

Was having an issue with my saddle bag three hours from home. Stopped several places before making it to Spartan Cycle and no one wanted to help. The service department dropped everything on a busy Saturday to fix it right and get me back on the road. Love this place!!
