Had a great experience here, Reuben was awesome! I live 4 hours away and was able to conduct business over the phone, they even had the bike delivered to me for an extremely reasonable rate, wouldve cost me more to have someone drive me there to pick it up. I never felt pressured to buy anything, Reuben said "look around and let me know if you like anything" i hate sales people that keep pestering you and this was such a relaxing experience. My divorce left my credit in ruins, Ive been wanting to build it but no one will finance me on anything, and I mean no one. I told Reuben this and he said no problem Ill get you on the bike you want and I was skeptikal, Ive heard that before from everyplace i have ever been, but Reuben delivered. There was a negative review on here about it being a lease, with bad credit it is a lease and if you add up all the payments then you will be paying a lot but you get to rebuild your credit which I needed, besides if you went to harley with bad credit and they did finance you it would be some crazy high interest rate so it balances out , if i make all payments then at the end of the lease its something like $500 to buy the bike but i plan on paying it off early once I get some credit built. Now all that being said if you dont have bad credit then this place is still for you, the prices are really good and i love my bike, got a harley under Kelly blue book and it is flawless as far as condition and I went over it with a fine comb looking for cheap fixes that some shady dealers do but couldnt find any. I cant say enough good things, there was an issue where the delivery driver gave them a higher price to deliver than Reuben quoted me and he took care of it and only charged me what he originally quoted me. I called before the driver was picking up the bike from them and asked Reuben if he could throw a helmet in for me, he couldve thrown a $400+ HJC on there and tried to screw me over but instead he was honest and told me since I wasnt here to try it on he didnt want to sell me one that I wouldnt be happy with so to the guy with the negative review they arent out to take advantage of people, if you have bad credit they can get you on a bike but thats a high risk loan for the lender so youre gonna have to pay for that. And again for the people with good credit this isnt like a shady buy here pay here car dealer, they have quality bikes at really good prices so if youre in the market then pay cash, finance through your bank or talk to Reuben to see what options they have, youll be happy you did!!

Ok, First off I ONLY came to this place for two reasons. 1)They had a bike I was looking for, and 2) I read all the MARVELOUS reviews listed before. So, if you look closely all the reviews are from around the same time,most no more than one month from MY review. also all, if not all speak of the same salesman (Ruben) ( this was highly fishy but I STILL went to check this place out.) I had JUST got an approval from capital one for an auto loan THAT VERY day so please do not assume the credit situation was impossibly bad. ( its not perfect but not absolutely horrid) So my experience: I went there 1/18/15 looking for a Honda CBR 600RR grafitti edition listed on THEIR site for $5,999.00. I spoke to the other salesman NOT "ruben" ( even though he was there too) I provided my information, and was told within 10 min I was "approved" with $1600 down for a payment of 266 a month FOR 60 months. yes you heard that right SIXTY MONTHS!!! doing the math on that it comes out to $17,280 for a 6k bike!!! I then advised I would be putting down 3k as a deposit, then was told $188 for 60 months = $11,280 so basically what they are saying is the bike costs 5999 -3000= 2999 that somehow, financed, turns into $11,280 . Thats an interest rate of = 548.056%/year!!!! I then called the salesman again and asked how this could be ( thinking he made an honest mistake) I was told : "yeah its just the way they do it here, they make their money , I know its a bad hit but you can re finance later" are you kidding me? why on EARTH would a person pay 17k for a bike worth 6? when having paid OVER HALF in deposit?? This place is one HUGE scam, this is not different than rent a center, buddys or any of these other scam artists that take advantage of people who are bad at math, charging them 8 -9 x what the item is worth . Please save yourself a bad bad deal , if you are interested in a motorcycle go to a REPUTABLE dealer and purchase one or if Next happens to have a special one you are interested in you can either pay cash or get the loan from YOUR own source.. these people are RIPOFF ARTISTS AND scammers.. DO NOT GO THERE !!.

I had forgotten to change this review sooner, but i had a horrible experience. I went to buy an 03 Yamaha r6. I was not allowed time to test ride the bike but they had a good price on it and had a service shop there so i assumed it was fine. they wanted 3200 for it and i put only 500 down and put down my Honda 250 for a trade. I was told they found me a loan and i was approved so i could still take the bike away and finance it. I left with the bike which broke down and i had to ride it back to the shop. they couldnt fix it and already took my bike so i was stranded in tampa but i live in pinellas. one guy was nice enough to bring me to a mall close to my house and a friend picked me up from there. I went home and read the contract and found out that they actually leased me a motorcycle and charged me 500 dollars for a gps system to be installed on it, and at the end it would have costed me about 10k for a bike i did not own!!! I should have been smart and read over it more before i signed it. I ended up calling the loan company and canceling it. I was lucky this place didnt ruin my credit. Unless youre going in with full cash, i would never recommend this place. They did not want to work with me at all and just wanted to screw people over so they can get a check. very dishonest and unprofessional

The absolute best place to buy a motorcycle. I wish they sold cars as well because I would only shop with them for everything. They take the stress of buying a motorcycle right out of the picture. No matter what your situation is, they will work their hardest to get you what you want. If they cant make it happen I promise you wont be able to anywhere else. They literally will tell you they would rather make a dollar off if you a hundred times than make 100 dollars off of you 1 time. As a business owner I can tell you no dealership feels that way and very little companies in any field treat their customers that way. Kirk and Seth were so easy to deal with and there is not one thing I can say wrong about the place. Even after purchasing our vehicle they continue to help with anything I may need. I drive over 3 hours one way to deal with them because they are that good. If you are looking for a bike please do yourself a favor and look no further and just deal with Next. They should change their names to First Motorcycles. Thank you Next and I look forward to purchasing another bike soon. How can you say that about any other place.
