I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE I bought a brand new 2016 Gsxr 600 last month I rode the bike for maybe two weeks then the chain came off the bike and left me stranded.. I had Skypowersports pick up the bike and bring it to the service team.. The service team told me that when the chain came off it damaged the front sprocket and put a crack in the crankcase the bike was making a ticking noise so that diagnosis sounded correct .. I had to wait 3 weeks for the "Warranty admin" to come back from vacation to look at the bike Long story short the service team lied on the application for the warranty switched my words around and the claim got rejected.. I picked the bike up and took it to a bike shop as soon as I told him were I purchased the bike he told me that this wasnt the first time Skypowersports did not stand behind there bikes. They took the covers off and none of what the service team told me was true the front sprocket was not damaged and the noise is coming from inside the motor.. The bike has a little over 1,000 miles on it.. During this whole fiasco I got the Owner Nate involved he would never return my phone calls as promised and everytime we spoke I had to remind him of the situation it was like talking to someone new each time.. The service team needs some customer service training as well they come off as rude non sympathetic and one word answers over the phone.. I purchased a new bike so I wouldnt have to deal with shady ppl from the Internet and I did not want to buy a piece of crap off Craigslist but I definitely got the raw end of the deal anyway.. NICE COVER UP.. You guys did not "Good will" the chain Service. I had to pay $35.00 before you would even release it back to me.. As far as the towing goes thats expected thats what customer service is about.. As far as me going over the service interval that was never even explained to me. The kid who sold me the bike had to grab someone else to show me how to start the thing.. My math was correct It was not 3 days it was 3weeks the bike was @ your dealership being "looked at" your service team said they have a technician thats been with Suzuki for 30+ years how could he misdiagnosed an engine noise??? Im wondering if it was even looked at.. I also forgot to mention that when I picked the bike up the battery was completely dead.. If you have such great customer service at your dealership maybe I was excluded from that experience..

After spending over a thousand dollars for basically maintenance services upon 2 visits i would NOT recommend this dealrship for any moderate to advanced repair work . when a customer brings in a bike and in detail explains what the issues are and provides info from extended research on what the problem is.(1) they never call unless you call them first to get updates on repairs, once they were closing and earlier promised the bike would be ready before 6 p.m. when it was 1/4 til i said let me go over there as they never keep you updated , so the staff was leaving !!! thats my only source of transportation form 1 hour away where i live. REALLY ?? just close and dont call the customer to let them know you did not complete the job in time. (2) after that we decided maybe they were swamped but they were not. having hope tried them again for fuel delivery issue "which was the first visit plan- so this time even worse every time we brought the bike it came out running worse !! 1 request to be done was never accomplished because of parts disappearing " elevating the bike to stock level, when asked was it done this time they responded "no cause the part had not come in yet , its been there 2 weeks today. remember it was there for fuel issue , only good for tire service and oil changes.

Had really high hopes for this place but like any other power sports dealership just another major swing and a miss in the service department. recently had my atv serviced for a drive shaft replacement and quick tune up. Was told would be a week turn around. This was supposed to be a surprise for my brother in law who just came back from deployment over the holidays. Instead of taking a week it was more like a month just to get the run around. Needless to say they charged $500 to basically tell me they cant do the rear propshaft with out a couple more hours labor. Not only was it leaking AGL from the rear gear case but needless to say my Atv went In there in drivable condition. Heres what really pissed me off the most, I had cvs axles rear gear case and a arms removed in under an hour and took an airhammer to the pin in the rear propshaft and popped right out. I dont understand where the hell you guys got 5-6 hours in labor when I did in my garage in about an hour and a half.. why did I pay the professionals $500 when I did my self in under 2 hours... mind you they swore they did everything in there power to remove it. THE POINT OF BRINGING IT HERE WAS TO SAVE MY SELF THE TROUBLE OF DOING IT MY SELF.

Sales staff is friendly when youre buying something but after that forget it. Bought a 2016Polaris Sportsman Highlifter and brought it into service for a recall part. Said it would take 4-5 days took about 2 weeks. Oh well I get it things happen. HOWEVER. The service department cut off part of the seat so now the seat is no longer attached to the bike in anyway. Not only did they NOT TELL US that they did this or have my consent....when I inspected the bike and noticed they cut them off they said it was because they were damaged (although before we dropped off the bike they were fine). Im so glad that on the trailer ride home our seat did not fly off and hit another car or pedestrian. I am in shock they would give us a bike with a non secure seat and let us trailer it like that. They all have each others backs and will gang up on you if you question their mistake. Nobody takes accountability for anything and blames the customer. So long story short. Buy somewhere and service somewhere else. I was just about to purchase a side by side but now we will be taking our business elsewhere. Now Im off to buy a brand new seat on a quad that is less than a year old.

Ridiculous. I currently ride a 2013 Triumph Trophy as my main ride. I just called Sky Powersports North Orlando to inquire about a new DR650 as a 2nd bike just to tool around town with. When I asked about what their dealer fee was, I was told $1800. Now, Ive been buying and riding for 40 years and I have never heard of such a ridiculous dealer fee in my life. $300 or even $600 maybe, But an $1800 dealer fee on a $6000 or $7000 bike, I dont know how they stay in business, They certainly wont be getting mine. My dealer fee on the last bike I purchased in 2013, a new Triumph Trophy, was about one third of that. It gets even better. After I spoke with the Orlando/Longwood store, I spoke with their sister store in Lakeland to see what they had, and what their dealer fee was. When I told him what the quoted dealer fee was from their sister store in Orlando, he stated the following: We got to make money somehow. Bottom line is this, stay away from this place, unless youve got money to burn. An educated buyer can do much better somewhere else.
