Never has diet coke when on sale. This is a continuous problem, maybe the store manager and vendor should communicate on a correct supply for the store. Also I refuse to bag my own groceries if I wanted to do so I would shop at food for less your lower end chain. This is usually what you have to do at this store if you enjoy Ralphs profiting on low staffing and yourself the customer playing the bag boy or girl feel free this store is all for you.

Love the staff here. Everyone is always friendly. The store is always clean and stocked. The variety of all items in stock are great. The option to buy nuts, pastas, etc. in bulk, is awesome. Parking is never an issue here, too. Love their deli and selection of hot foods available.

I normally shop at Staters Brothers. When I walk in to Ralphs not one of the employees give you eye to eye contact. The deli customer service is the worst. I think in the 5 months that I have shopped for the person I care for 3 people that work for Ralphs have said good day.

Ralphs usually has what youre looking for, and for cheaper prices than Vons. If a deal seems too good to be true, though, it usually is, and youre required to buy at least 3 of the same product to see a price savings, so beware!

I love everything about Ralphs. Somehow the managers are not as friendly as the employees. One time I returned an item and manager just rolled his eyes. But everything else was great.

Your usual modern supermarket with most everything you need. Good fruits & vegetables. Be sure and have a Ralphs card (even if you put down fake info) so you get all the disounts.
