Si andas en busca del mejor precio en tus prendas de ORO, sean rotas o en buen estado, este es el lugar donde quieres hacer negocio... el mejor precio y mejor servicio al cliente. en Dynasty hacen descuentos en todo artefacto, desde joyeria, tvs, computadoras hasta herramientas, y no solo eso, tambien tienen sistema de apartado libre de interes por 4 meses... wow... fuera de eso te dan 30 dias de garantia en electronicos, cosa que no muchas tiendas hacen hoy dia por la situacion economica en la que nos encontramos. he venido a esta tienda por los ultimos 6 años y no he tenido ningun problema, siempre trabajaran por usted, son profesionales... best and authentic pawn shop ever =D

I believe this pawn shop ripped me off in August 2015. I brought a necklace to them and a pair of earrings that were a present to me. They told me they were cubic zirconium and that my necklace was not real. It was a heart shaped necklace pink and red stones in them. I am not locked in a bitter fight with a jewelry store I originally purchased the necklace from and they told me that the necklace was not real but the jewelry store tells me that the pawn shop ripped me off. I was pissed beyond repair. The girl who served me was hispanic - if you see her coming go the other way because shes a liar. Im not prejudice I just needed to give you a description of her and shes the only hispanic working there. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!! I could not receive my money back from Helzberg Diamonds and the credit union tells me time has lapsed so they cannot settle the dispute. Someone lied to me and it was either it was the pawn shop or the jeweler. Because of what the lady at the pawn shop told me, I had the ring I bought from them appraised only for another jeweler to tell me that this was real. Now, I cannot get any of my money back and to make matters worse, this pawn shop is at the center of the whole thing. Gave me $10 for the necklace and earrings. The earrings are one thing but the necklace, just awful of you to do.

Avoid going here at all costs. I had been a loyal customer here, pawned and sold many items but something told me that I was being low balled for my items, and that the way they do their interest is all messed up. And I ended up being right. I went down the road to Tucker pawn and jewelry on Tucker Norcross rd and all my worries were confirmed. I got wayyy more money at tucker for something I had previously pawned here at dynasty, I gave them a rundown of other items Ive pawned here and found out I could have gotten more for them at tucker even if the condition wasnt perfect, and they are very friendly, no attitudes, they make the experience pleasant more than I can say about a certain woman at Dynasty who can be a little more than rude, and the interest at Tucker is set up completely different no changing of your due date like here at Dynasty. Once I get my pawn out I will NEVER be coming back here. I have no trust in them anymore. If you want a better deal, stay away from here seriously and go right down the street to tucker pawn and see for yourself. I should have turned around and walked out a number of times at the prices theyve quoted me here I will definitely trust my instincts next time!

I was shopping around for antiques,jewerly, and some electronics. I wanted a bargain for anything if I decided to buy it. Well I was immediately suprised by the comfortable atmosphere. Most pawn shops a customer does not get that feel right at home feeling, buy dynasty pawn definately did. The store inventory was great quality for an extremely good price. Carlos and Miguel were great at helping me decide on what Im going to buy, and also educate me on how and to get gem stones for a custom design piece of jewlery. I could not believe how low the prices were. A long term buisness relationship is going to develope after my first time in there shop. On the loan portion of the buisness I could tell these guys would definately give a more than good offer on anything brought in for a loan. They would because it would make the customer happy, and they would want to come back for future purchasing and loans. I plan on bringing some items that I want to sell, and I would absolutely trust there offer. Best pawn shop I have ever been too

All the guys there are cool and down to earth. Whenever Im in a crunch, they are always there to help me out. Ive come to know the guys pretty good, and we always laugh, joke, and have a good time when I stop in. Unlike most pawn brokers, they will do what they can to work with you, and to me that means a lot. Its good to know that if I need a loan, I can go there and know that my property is in good hands. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a loan, or looking for a good deal. All the guys there are knowledgeble, and if one doesnt know, someone else there will. Its a good feeling to have possessions to barter with when needed... but the best feeling is when you re-pay the loan and they say, "Heres your baby!" Which lets me know that they understand how valuable my property is to me, even though it may not be a very expensive item... It shows that Dynasty cares. Thanks again guys!!

WOW! **GENEROUS LOANS! I have received 3 loans from them recently and they are very fair and wont try to cheat you! They are very friendly and patient. The staff is considerate of your situation and actually does care about the customer. I referred my husband to them after I got a loan on my laptop twice and he then received a very reasonable loan on his Xbox 360. They will remember you if you come in again and I guarantee they will show love. I WILL ONLY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM NO MATTER WHAT! They make you feel at ease about an uncomfortable situation of having to receive a loan on your property, They take the best care with the property left in their possesion, wrapping and protecting it as if it was their own, and I assure you it will be returned in pristine condition! I have dealt with Frank and Joel but everyone is smiling and helpful! Go check them out and you will be happy that you did! =)

Today I visited Dynasty Jewelry for a business transaction and when you think about pawn shops sometimes you think about lower standards or class sometimes. However Dynasty Jewelry and Loan is Excellent in its appearance...Its like going to an upscale Mall Jewelry Store and they are willing to help in unique situations like mine. I have been a long time customer of the Pawn Stores across the country, Im a little bit of a deal hunter and when I get low on funds I know what to do. I meant all of the guys who made me feel like a long lost friend or family. Thank you to Joel, Nick, Miguel and Ben it was a great first impression and I will pass along the word.
