Ok so ive always been here to buy Never pawn.... so this week unfortunately i had to pawn something not here but near my home for convenience because i live in the west suburbs and the pawn guy at the other place told me my chain that i had around my neck was fake and only 6k made to look like 10k which i bought from here so i called to speak with the owner over the phone he sounded like a great guy and said he will back up his product i have yet to go back to check but plan to soon and can update when i do but over all they are cool i feel like if my chain is fake they will do something about it because customers like me matter but my gold chain stuck to a magnet its not suppose to do that so im confused....

We had a Surface Pro 3 stolen from one of our employees car, and it showed up here at Chicago Pawners & Jewelers today, 2 weeks later. They did a little research to look us up online based on our asset tag that we had on it, and gave us a call at our help desk to notify us that someone was trying to sell them one of our corporate computers. man they have bad phone service when me or my friends call to ask them do they take what we are selling the person who picks up the phone dont even greet u to make u feel like a customer my friend said hello how are you an the guy that always pick up never says anything back until you ask a ? about what your selling an he just says we dont take that an hangs up . no have a nice day or anything sad phone service so i can imagine how the in store service is i will never go here !!!!

They wont offer you much for laptops unless you have a Mac. Guess they dont know Macs have viruses now
