If there was anything lower than 1 star they would get it, This place is a total rip off. They want their pymts on time but cannot give you a reliable vehicle to drive. As soon as I purchased my truck about a 3 weeks later the engine light came on. Took it back ended up having to split the cost to repair it through them. Long story short the engine light is still on, truck jerks or cuts off when you slow down at lights, has left me along the side of the road several times ! Now its overheating, and all the say is well youve made your pymts faithfully for a year so now you can trade it in on something else ??? SERIOUSLY ?? So basically Im stuck in this neverending battle with them. Or give this piece of garbage back and it goes on my credit. Some help DEALTIME is. They hardly ever have the same employees in there when you go there to talk to anyone, Scott and Nate are now gone, Scott got moved and Nate got smart and quit.

Great for first time buyers or those who have less than perfect credit. I used this dealership for my first car purchase and it was clean and easy. I was in and out within 3 hours with a car that worked for me. Down side is, your interest rate is out of this world (19%+) your payments are high, and good luck finding a car with under 70,000 miles on it. Really loved my purchase and the people. My vehicle lasted 2 1/2 years and to 200,000 miles. Glad I made $600-$800 payments and paid it off early. If you need a car quick. This is the place for you. Side Note: When making your last payment, be VERY specific on your questions such who will be processing your title and how long. I made my last payment right at 23 months of purchase and they assured me within 30-60 days my title would be clear for pick up. I went to get the title to my vehicle over 6 months later, and they had never processed it. Very frustrating.

These ppl have lemons for sale.. 2nd car purchased from them.. First one had minor repairs but the 2nd one had transmission problems not once but 3 times. Got hit with a large bill plus cost rental plus monthly payments. I called after having my car for a month in the shop on how too fix this payment issue and they said nothing they can do. I asked can they move a payment to the end. Nope.. They added an extra $150 month on a car payment paying $650 for a 2013 car... They do scare tatics on you than repo you for $50 short on your car payment.. They need to be put out of business.. Dont buy from them.. If ya car you purchase from them break down your screwed. And by what I see every caron the lot that ppl buy they report that it breaks down. Buyer Beware.... DONT LET THE SHINE AND LOOKS GET YOU THE CARS ARE MADE TO RUN TILL WARRANTY UP. ONCE WARRANTY UP YOU ON YOUR OWN...

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had to deal with in my whole life. Purchased a car from these rip offs, within 3 months of having the vehicle the motor blows it took them a entire month to have it fixed. Get the car back motor blows again. Now they want me to pay $950 to have another motor in this car. Then came to find out this would make the third motor put in this car they failed to mention that they had just replaced this motor before we gave them our money. And still want their payment while me and my wife have to struggle to get to work. Horrible people Scott, Nate, and entire staff are rip offs and I still dont have my car today been looking for a motor for a month now. Thanks DealTime. I wouldnt suggest buying a bicycle from these people.

I BOUGHT TWO VEHICLES FROM THEM, ON THE SECOND VEHICLE WE HAD IT LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AND THE MOTOR BLEW. THEY WOULD NOT WORK WITH US TO GET US INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE SO THAT MY HUSBAND COULD CONTINUE TO GET TO WORK, THEY WOULD NOT COVER THE MAJORITY COST FOR A NEW MOTOR, THEY STILL EXPECTED US TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS AND PAY TO PUT THE MOTOR IN. THEN THEY WANTED TO PUT A MOTOR THAT HAD OVER 20K MILES MORE THAN MY ORIGINAL MOTOR! LOOKING AT SOME OF THESE REVIEWS I FEEL RIPPED OFF. THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE A WORTHLESS CAR. I HAVE MADE MY PAYMENTS FAITHFULLY ON BOTH VEHICLES, BROUGHT THEM IN FOR SERVICING AND FOLLOWED THE WARRANTY POLICIES. THIS IS A POOR DECISION AND I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANY MORE VEHICLES FROM HERE.

This company took my car because we fell on hard times. Within two days we got the car back and they took all my belonging without telling us and refused to give us information in regards to where it all was. They even refused to give us any information to where our information was so we can back other than a womans name and phone number that provided no information on their answering machine. I will never do business again. I will be looking to get rid of the car and changing the ignition immediately so more than them doesnt have the key for the protection of my family.

My fiance and I had the hardest time trying to purchase a vehicle. The income ratio was the problem. Well we went to deal time of Ocala. Scott was amazing! We purchased a vehicle with low down payment and a monthly cost to fit our budget! Regardless of it being second chance, buy here pay here, it was professional, friendly, and very easy to drive away with our new Kia! There was 1 staff member worth dealing with in my experience with 3 locations. He has left now, so there are none. The rest of the staff that I have dealt with are smart ass, unprofessional, "you signed a contract..." types. Get a cosignor, pay the higher downpayment and/or interest rate, borrow from your Gramma if you have to, but dont believe then sales pitch on their service-after-the-sale. Its a lie. They have a great concept, but the wrong management, and they wont fix your vehicle OR YOUR CREDIT!

Lemme tell ya folks. I thought my name was "Sorry, we cant get you into a car. Until I came here. Frank was on the ball letting me see all the car options I wanted as well as not being pushy! Heck, he just said to look at anything I wanted and let him know when I needed him. In the end, I drive off THAT DAY in a great car for an affordable down payment and bi-weekly payment that didnt leave me strapped. I couldnt be happier with my experience!
