my review has more to do with customer service, called today to find out the price of a car. simple question. should be a simple answer. could not get a total price of the car... was looking to spend up to 10 grand on a car cash. next question, well how much is the down payment on the car? ... thought that maybe I could place a large down payment to make the payments really low if the didnt want to sell the car cash. couldnt get an answer for that either... all the said well that depends on your income. I understand that there is paperwork that would needed to be filled out but personally I believe that If I ask a simple question like the price of the car... I should be able to get an answer.. I even understand that there will probably be some hidden fees, dealer fees etc, but AT LEAST give me a number so I know if its out of my price range or not. Im not going to take off work, fill out paperwork, bring paycheck stubs, along with up to 10 grand cash just to be told the car is twenty grand. and waste time. smh. dealerships like that I tend to stay away from. now granted car could have been a good running car, and only could have been 8 grand total cash.. but because I couldnt get an answer I will be taking my money to another dealer. asked about a Chevy Malibu 2008 or newer they have in the front of the dealership. Took my cash to another dealer.

First of all this place is really a gods send . When they say they specialize in second chances they mean it . I came in with my head down showing that I was a beaten man I didnt have one positive thought in my head about leaving with a car , but before I knew it the staff here is just great they sat me down opened my eyes to the possibilities and strengths of what I had to bring to the table . I now have my second chance to start over in a quality car that I choose I have to say thank you to the staff they beloved in me when I been turned away by so many others . A big thank you and bless you all at wheel city auto they gave me a second chance you should go in and get yours

They offer a two year warranty, but charge you $8,000 more than the car is worth, and then add on to that 19% if you choose to finance. They will not negotiate on price the car I was looking at had a value of $2,200, and they were asking $11000. There is definitely a niche for people who might need this, but you are going to pay and 5-6 times what the car is worth in the end. Going to a regular buy here pay here that doesnt offer the warranty I have discovered is much cheaper, and then you can pay for your own repairs, just depends.

Absolutely love Rosa and Rudy!!! They took this rainy day and made sun shine through!!! great customer service, gives you the apart of the family feel!!! Thanks for everything!! Need to change my review Worst customer service ever! They are only good until they get your money. Ive had problems with this car since day one and in writing I have they wil fix it and it all seems to be run around after run around. Calling fraud and such a scam. This problem is getting to the point Im going to have to get a lawyer!!! DONT DO IT!!!

They kept us there for 4 hours they told us we were approved, they called all my references even my boss and after 4 hours of I was approved they tried to triple the amount of the down payment I had been approved for the first hour I was there. Very shady dealings going on here
